Hot handle semi-solution--great pan though

Wanted to share the handle sleeve I ordered & put on backwards to help with the hot handle issue (see photo 3). I just leave it on there when I wash it. The pan makes pretty omelettes though. This one is 1 egg & 6 egg whites with a little velveeta inside. The only time I've still had an issue was when I had the stove too high when preheating--must have been longer than I thought because BOTH handles got hot.

This is one of the products I bought not because I needed them but because I thought I could use them. Often this behavior turns out to be a waste of money - not this time!

Making omelette is now so much easier. You just fill beaten eggs in both of the compartments (2-5 eggs total) and put some stuffing on top of one side (make it on the bottom side!). Then you quickly close the lid as soon as the egg starts getting white on the surface and after a few minutes you have a nice omelette.

The quality is great - nothing loose, the mechanism closes very tight and the handles are crafted very smooth. Cleaning is easy too because it is well coated. Just take care to not use any metal in it. I find myself not using any tools for the whole process because you can just flip the product out on a plate once it's cooked.

The only issue (and other reviewers mentioned it too) why I gave just 4 stars is that the handle (especially the small one) gets super hot. I'm not very sensitive but I cannot touch (open/close) it after a few minutes. I always need gloves/a towel to operate it.
