I have had this hair brush for years!! like 10 years! just in the last year some of the plastic tips have been coming off so I found it here and got another one. Love the cushion handle. to sure that the whole ion thing is legit but it is comfortable and my hair dries faster since the air can get through the brush. very light weight and normal size.

I've had about three of these, and while I don't entirely understand or believe the mysterious properties that will allegedly make it control frizz, it does a good job when I am blow drying my hair. It is flat so my wanting-to-curl hair will be discouraged from going nuts, and open to let enough air flow through and make the job quicker. It doesn't hurt my scalp. And the bristles are wide enough apart that when my cats jump up on the sink and ask to be brushed with it (which happens multiple times, every day), I can give them a couple swipes to make them happy and still no cat hair sticks to the brush. Seems like a good deal to me.

I have used these brushes for years, I used to buy them from Boots but they no longer seem to sell them. I have very thick hair, and have snapped cheaper brushes within a day's use. The Goody Start brushes last me a good while in comparison to other brushes, I replace them after a few years when the bristle tips start falling off. I have used these brushes with the hairdryer, it works perfectly with them. I wish I could find a similar brush in the High Street!
