I bought 2 toilets doing remodeling in my 1890 home. I love the toilet, I like the side flush arm, flushes well without the extra noise that some have. Does not come with a toilet seat! My problems were with delivery (UPS) and damage to one of them that arrived broken although the boxes were in good shape. The first one, UPS delivered it into my garage without me knowing (separate building) so called Amazon that I couldn't find it, they gave credit, but then I found it later in the garage. That caused all kinds of bookkeeping problems/credit problems when my second one arrived broken. Also when second one was picked up UPS they refused to pick up both boxes (they are heavy!) and I had to call Amazon again to get UPS to come back. It was a nightmare, so just be forewarned it could end up delivered broken so check it right away and try and be there when UPS delivers or picks up. They will do whatever they feel like.

Ok, so I bought a toilet on line because I couldn’t fit one in my car. Anyway the toilet came in two boxes and the tank was fine but the bowl was in pieces. I contacted the distributor efaucet and all I had to do was take pictures and within a week I had a new bowl. Big box stores didn’t offer this style.

I’m in love with it’s style and sleekness and with distributor for rushing a replacement bowl.

BUYER BEWARE! Do Not make this purchase. I made the mistake of purchasing this item and letting it sit until the contractor was able to install. When he removed the product from the box, I noticed the base of the toilet was oval. IT WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT in the the right box. I decided not to be picky about the product (even though the oval base did not match the square pedestal sink) and had the contractor install the toilet. The bowl and the tank were not compatible because when flushed, the water would not go down. I had to run out to Home Depot and purchased a similar KOHLER bowl and tank, which the contractor installed that night. Do not make this costly mistake. Just make the trip to Home Depot or Lowes.

After hours of searching I found this one with a narrow tank and a shaker style that matches my vanity door/drawers. So far it is flushing and cleaning the entire bowl much better than my older Kohler toilet did.

The toilet itself is great and I would have given it 5 stars. However, when it arrived, the toilet was broken into ceramic shards. I had scheduled my plumber to come that day and he opened the box only to find the broken bowl. It was a bit of a hassle to package it up and get it returned, but eventually a new one arrived and my plumber came back and installed it. It's really a great item; nice looking, comfortable, and very appropriate in our 1930s house. I recommend it, but just be aware that toilets are more fragile than you think and you may have the same problem. I must say, though, that the seller made good on the replacement.
