They are not as easy to put up as a tv tray, but despite that we use them every night for eating on. My husband and I love to watch our tv shows and eat dinner, it's just us at home. These trays are sturdy and I love that they adjust to many different heights...can't do that with a tv tray!!! There is more than enough space on the tray, very handy!!

I ordered this table for my mother so that she could work her puzzles, read, and take meals in her living room. It is a very sturdy table with ample room for her to do whatever activity she would like to do. There are several height settings for the table as well. It is not heavy so she can move it to wherever she would like to use it in her house. She has also used it in her dining room when having company as an extra place to put some of the food when the table is full.

Having said this, I have seen similar table for much less money at other retailers. The other tables may be a little less sturdy but for what my mother needed it for and the price savings I may have been better to get her the less expensive option elsewhere as I did find this to be quite expensive for what it is.
