This is an essential product o need for my short hair. I use this product in addition to another foaming pomade while my hair is wet. I use 3 pumps of it with the foaming ponade, put it in my hair, and style as I desire. I let it air dry, or if my stylist is doing my hair, ill sit under the dryer. It had a nice hold and I receive so many compliments. My hair is dyed blonde so it does not interfere with the color as the product is foam white.

Great effect on my hair (4C)! I absolutely love this product! Wow!! It was nice to have finally found a product that leaves my hair hydrated and moisturized. When it dries it doesn’t dry crunchy. The product is worth the price and the definition of the curls is undeniable!! I use the mousse as part of a three part mixture with another Design Essential product (Coconut & Moni Curl Defining Gelee) and a climate control (another brand) and apply to my hair and depending on how much time I want to spend on my hair, I do either finger coils, or I use the first 2-3 teeth of a fine tooth rat tail comb to create great curls on top, and the sponge for the sides and back. It’s amazing how the right products can transform your hair. And the curls last! This product is a must have! Great results! I’m loving my curls! I’m often asked if my hair has been texturized. The answer is, “Nope”, and I say, it’s a matter of finding the right products. It makes all the difference! I use the mousse about 2-3 a week for my sides and back, just to keep the curls looking fresh.

I don't normally use mousse because it isn't heavy enough hold for my hair, but I love this stuff. I combine this with a gel and it holds great. It is a heavier hold mousse. I mostly use this for smoothing fly aways when I have my hair up. Pretty much all mousse will be crunchy when it dries. You just need to scrunch the crunch out. This is the only mousse I have found that does not flake!

I’ve hesitated to use mousse, thinking it would be like the stiff, sticky, shiny drug store brands you used in high school. Not so! I love this stuff! It’s light, moisturizing and surprisingly does a great job defining my curls. I have thick, long hair which can be pretty heavy. This stuff does a great job maintaining my curls throughout the day, and keeps it from being frizzy. I use it with Tigi Catwalk and have found my perfect combo.

The product is pretty good, I'm pretty inexperienced with hair products, but I think it was working pretty well to give some body to my thin and wavy hair. I also like the scent, a bright, fresh, peach scent. But my beef is with the bottle. First off, it leaked in the package, the packaging was a wet, sticky, mess. But it was still mostly full, lost maybe... 1/8 to the packaging? So I decided to use it for a bit to see if I wanted to return it or get it replaced (or just shrug it off). But every time it gets knocked over it leaks everywhere. 2 weeks in, having used it maybe a half dozen times, it's 3/4 gone just from getting knocked over on the bathroom counter. I'm tired of losing product and I'm tired of cleaning it up. Every time I go into the bathroom and smell peaches I groan knowing there's yet another puddle of mousse juice.

My hair feels like there is nothing in it. It does not weigh my curls down, only enhances them.

Finally a mousse that doesn't leave your hair crunch.. product has sheen and moisturizer but not enough to last the entire day. I use a leave in conditioner too. This is the best mousse I've encountered.

I am super particular with the products I use in my hair and super particular in the texture it leaves. I’ve only used this product twice (this photo is of my day two hair, I was even more obsessed with my day one hair.. my curls were so big, soft, and bouncy)... and I can definitely say I will be buying this product again!!

For reference, I did diffuse my hair. I also tried it on my sister, who prefers to air dry her hair (she’s got 2b/2c curls)—it dried well and really defined her natural curl!

The scent of the product isn’t overwhelming, which is nice. At first I felt like it was going to leave my hair looking oily, but once it was totally dry my curls were just soft and bouncy. This mouse definitely tamed some of my frizz.. though I’m one of those weirdos that doesn’t mind a little frizz! Haha

Overall, excellent curly hair products and will be recommending to my curly hair friends!
