So far this is the easiest steamer I ever owned! You don't have to wait to refill , you dont have to measure water, and it heats up pretty fast so you don't have to stop what you are doing. The water window really helps. Not too heavy. Well thought out I'd say as steamers go. Nice very long cord. The only trick was getting the nozzle on, you have to press firmly and turn. Otherwise I've found nothing to complain about. I'm calling this a win.

I watched QVC show someone using it, they sold me on the brand. What a mistake! The piece you hook the squeegee onto, split right where the seam is. I tried to glue it, it blew apart from the pressure from the steam. They need to make that all one piece, I only used this a couple of times and I am VERY disappointed!! I would like a replacement sent to me, and they can have the one I bought. Maybe it was a fluke, maybe mine was a lemon, and all the others work fine, but I doubt that. Also, I had to keep pumping the handle, my arms would get tired and sore, I really want my money back. Also, the accessories would come off, not a good system of attaching them. Lousy product.

I had to DIY a solution and use superglue and duct tape to permanently affix one attachement nozzle just so I would get my hands burned or sprayed with scalding steam. I wish it had a bigger water reservoir too, seems as if I’m constantly refining it just to defrost a 2sq. Ft. Freeezer

This is my first steam cleaner. Why have I never used one before? I bought this cleaner to clean the grout on my kitchen counter, but I actually used it for the first time to clean my bathroom floor tile. OMG, it cleaned the grout so easily and cut right through hairspray and gel with no scrubbing. I love this thing. Tackling my kitchen counters is next.

You do need to press the handle for the pressurized steam to happen, but for me that's great because when I needed to lay down the hose, it wasn't just throwing out pressurized steam for nothing.

Customer service from the Sienna Direct was great. They responded to my question in one day. I asked about replacement grout brushes since this steamer isn't listed on their website. They confirmed that you can use replacement grout brushes from Ecco brush part #SSC03126RB or the Luna #SSM 3016NRB brushes.

The one thing I do not like about this product is that you have to hold it in one hand and use the hose with your other hand, then you have to put the steamer down to wipe up what you have steamed. I think it does an okay job, but I regret buying it. Too much hassle.

I needed to use this item over the weekend and it provides great steam and is easy to use. It did have a piece broken that attaches the flexible hose to the unit, but since I wanted to use use it right away, I used it without the flexible hose and decided to keep the item. Having the use of the flexible hose would be nice for certain situations though, so will need to contact someone about getting the broken piece replaced. Otherwise, it worked great.

This is the best thing ever!! I think this was my favorite purchase of 2020. Everyone needs one if these. You get steam by pumping the thumb trigger. No waiting for it to cool down to add water . It emptys rather fast but because there is no wait time and filling it is crazy easy it doesn't matter. Other small steam devices empty just as fast only then you have to wait 10min before it can be opened for filling.
Works amazing for practically everything. I use this almost every day. It also has a nice long cord. I have had it a few months now and hands down love it more every day!

That is a very awesome steam cleaner there is unlimited of vapor all you need to do is to push more than 5-6 times and the vapor will goes out for around 30-40 sec than push again the handle 5times and it's almost like if you have instant vapor also I recommend to use distilled water for a better result ! But even with tap water it's is working great that is best hand held vapor cleaner out there for a few bucks I will definitely buy it back !
