The cutting wheel stayed sharp long enough for me to cut 40+ tiles with ease. The shape of the handle makes it comfortable to use repeatedly, and the swing-out arms that hold up the sides of the tile are good & sturdy as well. I bought a couple extra cutting wheels so I don't run into the same issue with the cheaper cutter that I already had, and maybe if I tile my rental units I'll have a need for them.
Because there are plenty of cheaper cutters out there, I was kind of skeptical to shell out almost a hundred bucks for this one (I don't see a need for it in the near future), but I'm definitely happy that I got this one... you will be too.

After searching for alternate tools online, I discovered that a tile cutter was a potential option. After doing a LOT of research, and seeing that this one has a carbide tipped scoring blade, I decided to give it a try. Since it was very inexpensive (when compared to the wet saw I purchased), I thought I would give it a try. Although I didn't see any reviews that referenced being used on glass tiles, I thought it could work.
This tool arrived within 2 days, and I immediately got to work on cutting the glass tiles. This works like a CHARM!!! I only wish I had discovered this sooner! I still needed the wet tile saw for the marble and stone I used, but this is so easy to use. Like I said, I am a beginner and have never done any kind of tile project, but this was so easy (and safe) to use. I watched the video, and followed the demonstrated technique to a T. I just applied light pressure, ensuring I scored the tiles without stopping. The measuring guide / ruler on it was very helpful as well. I was even able to cut some of the smaller pieces with ease. Each of the pieces on my project that is not a whole piece had to be measured and cut individually. This tool really saved me a lot of time.
I highly recommend it for anyone using glass tiles. Very easy to use!

One thingthat bugs me but has nothing to do with the item is the way that Amazon is packing things these days. So help me - the shaved chimpanzees that pack boxes for Amazon don't know diddly squat about protecting something heavy during shipping. This item arrived in the full color thin cardboard box that it would be sold on the floor of the retail store in. Luckily the unit weighs about 16~18 pounds and is mostly metal and somehow made it through shipping without getting smashed or bent. Zero stars for packaging 👎
There are some negative reviews, but you may totally disregard them.
This tool is not for a professional who installs tiles for a living. Professional tile cutters start at $300.
It is an excellent tool for a DIY person, but you have to learn how to use it properly, otherwise you will
end up frustrated with a pile of shuttered tiles.
1) Never score the same line twice. You will get a cleaner cut with insufficient scoring than with scoring twice.
2) You have to apply even pressure along the cut line for flat or glass tile.
3) On glazed tile you need to push through glaze and apply even pressure.
4) On a rough tile you do not have to push too hard, just a bit of scoring is enough.
5) If you need to cut a narrow strip of 1in you need to score deeper.
6) Snap the tile by applying pressure at once and not by increasing pressure.
7) Buy a rubbing stone if you need to smooth edges.
Summarizing, do yourself a favor, go to a box store, buy yourself about $10 worth of clearance tiles of different types and practice on them.
Learning to use this tool is the key to success.
This will be my go to for cutting tile before setting up the wet saw.

Still needed to use my cheapo Wet Cut but the 2 of them are handling the job beautifully.
