Going on 10 years
Writing this in mid-October 2022 and we bought them in December 2012.Almost 10 years and these are still the best napkins.They get washed, dried, and folded after every meal. Napkins don’t go from meal to meal . . . They go from the table to the washing machine which means they’ve seen many warm water washes (not cold as prescribed because we aren’t good at following directions).In 10 years:None of them are stained - maybe to all of the washing and drying they’ve enjoyed.Cold water? Nope.Do not use bleach? Well, you cant always control what happens at laundry time.Do not wring? They’ve been whipped around in 4 different washing machines.Lay flat or line dry? Are you kidding . . . Likely dried at heat much higher than necessary and for longer than necessary because that is how things happen around here.All of them except the red one, which somehow managed to defy being used through ten years and 3 houses in 3 states, have shrunk and are faded. The good news is that they’ve all faded and shrunk the same amount.All of them are super soft and beginning to fray a bit at the edges. On the other hand, none of them have developed holes which I find pretty remarkable.
