Beautiful pan.
5 Stars
Beautiful pan.
Absolutely nonstick right out of the box. Keep it clean, dry and well oiled it should last the rest of your life. Never going back to Teflon.Update: I've had this pan for several years and never had a problem. It looks like some of you are having some trouble, so I'll share my technique. Heat the pan empty. Add butter once hot, and add your eggs when the butter starts foaming. Experiment with the temperature until you get it right consistently. Wipe the pan clean when done, and return to heat to ensure it is dry. Wipe with oil and let cool.If it's ever not non-stick enough for you, wipe with avocado or flax oil and bake it in the oven at 450 degrees
