I just bought this and used it a few time but so far it's great. The quality really is fantastic and I don't think I'll ever have to buy another Plyo box. The paint quality is good, I didn't have any scratches/nicks/ or missed spots on mine. So far I've used this box for jumps-great, doesn't move/slip, and the rubber top surface has some cushion, and isn't slippery, elevated push-ups, stretching, etc-pretty good, the sides don't have any sharp surfaces so you won't cut yourself. Only possible complaint here is there isn't a lot of room to grab on the sides because of the sliding mechanism for the legs...not really a big problem just wanted to let others know. I also was doing some plumbing in the basement and just need to be up a step or two...this is way better then a ladder because you can walk around a bit so I wasn't constantly moving a ladder. Overall I'm very happy with this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality adjustable Plyo box. The legs aren't hard to adjust but take a little getting used to. I wouldn't want to do a workout and change the height a bunch of times throughout the workout, so the only possible way I wouldn't buy this is if I was doing a workout that needed multiple Plyo box heights in each session, then I'd probably buy a dedicated height set. I was going to build my own multiple height wooden box and am very happy I decided against doing that.

I love this plyo box. VERY sturdy!! I'm a 225lb male and I use this for box jumps, weighted step-ups, and as a depth measure for heavy barbell squats. It is used in my garage on a concrete floor. It doesn't slide at all when I hop on it. Again, really sturdy - no give at all.

I use this box for one thing or another in almost every workout. I wasn't expecting to do that. But it's just so useful.

I was worried about buying it based on the reviews about that thin metal bar that keeps the bench height locked. Yes, it is thin metal but it doesn't support any weight and is absolutely ample thickness for the job it does. Don't let these reviews sway you. The person who bent theirs... well, I don't know how that could happen (special I guess).

FYI, the easiest way to change height is to put the plyo box on it's back (so the adjustment bar is facing up). It's pretty simple.

The only CON I see it that if you are LATEX SENSITIVE, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! The piece on the top is a large latex pad, and those who have a latex allergy should avoid it. As a nurse, I understand the serious nature of the latex issue, and I hope that the developers/creators of the box, come up with a better solution for the anti-slip top section. I have no personal problems with latex, so it is not a problem for me...Anyway, I LOVE IT!!!

After researching several plyo boxes, I eventually decided to give this model a try. The price was higher than I was initially planning to spend, but the ability to have four heights made it more cost effective than potentially buying four fixed height boxes. I also considered building my own plyo box or using a 4-in-1 kit box sold on here. My concern with the wooden box was the stability on the higher heights.

When the Stamina box arrived, I was surprised at how sturdy and stable it is. Plenty of room on the top platform and solidly built. My son told me that this is nicer than the fixed height boxes they use in the high school weight room. The height adjustment took a bit to get used to, but once I found the leverage point it's pretty easy. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this to other family or friends.

My wife and I ordered this for two things:
1. Use as a plyobox.
2. Use as a stand in for a weight bench with our functional trainer.

For 1, this is great. Takes up less space than a set of boxes, adjusts easily, very stable. No real complaints.

For 2, this is OK. Works fine for seated exercises (rows, lat pulldowns, etc.) with the functional trainer. Works OK for a bench press, except my head extends past the end of the box, which limits the amount of time you can comfortably use it as a bench replacement lying down (benchpress). I'm 6'0" so a shorter person may fit better, but my head and neck are past the end of the box. Admittedly not what this was designed for, but it works OK in this regard. If it were longer, it could do double duty without any downsides. I admit I haven't tried to use it as an incline, but it should work that way as well.

I got this plyo box in the morning and incorporated it into my leg workout the same evening. After doing deadlifts, I did step ups and bulgarian split squats to supplement that leg work and found the plyo box to be super stable. I had no trouble figuring out how to adjust the height of it and am very happy with the quality overall. Extremely good workout tool; it's sturdy and reliable; at 40 pounds, it is stable and offers a firm anchorage. I use it regularly and it does not require a lot of time to make the transition between heights. 200$ for a 4 in 1 plyo box ? it is a bargain, given the quality of the product.
