Kids Have SpokenExperiencing life's key moments and making independent choices is even more fun with careers picked by kids, for kids. What choices will you make? Will you choose the longer college path toward a high-paying job or choose a trade right away to get paid sooner? Will you express your creativity as an inventor or dancer, or become a veterinarian to help animals? Whatever you choose, you never know what ups and downs you'll encounter along the way. |
Choose Your PathIf you land on an 'Action' space, pick an Action card and get ready for some unexpected excitement. You might get to brag about a book you just wrote and collect 40,000 dollars from the bank. On the other hand, you could be sailing around the world and have to pay the bank a whopping 50,000 dollars. Landing on a "House" space will have you deciding whether to buy, sell, or do nothing. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to land on a 'Payday' space and collect a salary. You might think you're making the right decisions, but spend your money wisely on your life's path or it could become your road to ruin. |
Live the Life You WantDo you have what it takes to win The Game of Life My Dream Job game? It's the family game that's easy to set up, quick to play, and exciting along the way. Live the life you want by choosing your path for a life of action, adventure, and unexpected surprises. Will you receive a fortune and lose it as quickly as you got it? Will you need a bank loan to pay a debt? Once everyone reaches the end of the game at retirement, everyone pays their debts and adds up their wealth. The player with the most money wins the game. |

TECHNICAL NOTE: Our wheel was a little sticky at first. It's detachable from the board so I took it off, spun it a few times, reattached it, and it works perfectly now. The people/baby pieces are bigger than the old version but they are still small so don't use the pieces with really small children. The baby pieces are not needed as you can easily keep track of how many children you have.
Enjoy!
Yes, I know that the game is not supposed to be interpereted in any kind of social or philosophical manner, but if you are familiar with the game I thought you may enjoy the exercise of really thinking about this game and it's name "the Game of LIFE."
I am giving this game 4 stars because it is a moderately amusing diversion, but by today's standards the game is simplistic and dated. I am not suggesting that the game needs to account for all the various forms of family that exist today, or that it should include things like divorce or death, but I have some difficulty with the idea that this game is "the Game of Life" and that it is such a pale and superficial treatment of the subject. Remember that 4 stars means that "I like it" and that this is still a positive review before the Hasbro Mafia comes to shoot me in the knees.
You know what, nermind, I retract all the nonsense above. Have a blast with this pretty-good game and don't think about it too much. 4 stars stands.
KNOCK, KNOCK. . .

Pregi✅: Gioco educativo e divertente
Difetti❌: Un po' monotono dopo tante partite come tanti altru giochi da tavolo
Producto nuevo y empacado en execrables condiciones.no dudaría eh comprar otra vez
