The filter is exactly what I needed and is a genuine Allision filter, however, somebody at quality control was slacking. The magnet that came with the filter was broken into pieces. The box was sealed but a piece of the magnet was still missing. Inspected inside the filter and did not see it and it was not in the box. A little upset that's how it came because the filter that was on it was missing the magnet.I will be ordering a new one soon as I am doing a complete flush and fill. Hopefully the second one comes with the magnet in one piece.
