One of the metal anchors for the handle jiggles and is somewhat loose, making the case unstable.

But the case itself? Flawless. The construction is sound, the case is sturdy, the chrome bumpers are shiny and strong. The inside is appropriately soft and fluffy. The storage compartment is adequate and will a cable or two, strings, plenty of picks - whatever.
The lock is nothing to write home about. I found it a little cumbersome to use, but then I don't plan to use it so I don't really care.
Summary: If you need a case for your electric guitar, this is a good one, and if you factor in the cost, it becomes a great one.
The quality of materials is great. I have a "more expensive" custom Humicase for one of my guitars. The quality of materials and craftsmanship for ChromaCast case is exactly the same as the more pricey case that costs several times more. It literally has exactly the same locks, top cover materials. The more affordable ChromaCast actually feels much nicer inside. It fits my classical guitar like a glove (Yamaha GC-7S). There is no wiggle room, zero tolerances. It is as if this case was custom-fit to my guitar, I love it.
If this is of any importance to you, the case also smells like nicely seasoned cedar wood. The smell is very pleasant, and now my guitar smells like it too. This is a nice change from new items smelling like cancer causing plastics and glues. Makes it so much nicer getting your guitar in and out.
The case is sturdy, my baby climbed on top of it and all over it (don't try that with the guitar inside). It will protect your instrument under reasonable circumstances. Depending on how expensive your instrument is, you could take the risk of shipping it in this case as luggage. Inside, there is a thick layer - on all sides - of velvety materials and underneath it - some serious memory foam or similar. Considering the fact that the guitar has no wiggle room, the case holds it very firmly, I would trust this case to keep my instrument safe even when things outside get rough. I usually don't write reviews, but because the case is so awesome at this unbelievable price, I felt inclined.
DEPTH wise its a little concerning. The Gibson/Epiphone guitars have an angled head and the height of the neck support offers little support.. the guitar will rest on the very tip of the head stock due to the angle. The only option is to put a towel under the neck.. but that causes ANOTHER concern: The strings over the body/pups leave an impression on the top of the case. It's hard to judge how much the top of the case pushed down onto the strings, but there is a definite 'indentation' and you can clearly see the string impressions. When I put the LP Studio into the case and carry it there is no noticeable movement or sounds... but the depth/neck support is an issue. I would not trust this case for super expensive guitars.
Build wise the quality is very good. Latches are fine and the interior is a ploy-type shag.. all black. If you have dogs/cats I'm sure the fur will make its way into the case and show up pretty well if they have light colored fur. My yellow lab's fur shows up quite well but was easy to vacuum out.
There is a key to lock the case, but only the center latch is locking so don't think that its secure.. I would have liked the two end latches to lock.. but for the sub sixty buck price its not a huge deal.

The clasps aren't ultra secure, and I don't particularly trust the lock. It works just fine, but I feel like somebody who cared enough could break them in about a minute. Then again, you're not storing collectors pieces in a $70 case.
Materials look sturdy enough. I wouldn't carry a guitar on the road 365 days a year with this thing, but for moving to house-to-house and general storage, you can't beat it.
If >$200 is your budget for a case, look no further.
