Leifheit Click System Window Vac Set is the best way to give your windows that professional, streak-free shine.  The set comes with the Window Vacuum (with charger), a window washer, and a Click System handle that will reach all windows in a normal house.  This window vacuum uses powerful suction to draw off water and suds from smooth surfaces like windows, keeping water out of frames on off of walls.  And unlike competing window vacuums, Leifheit Window Vac can be used in any direction without leaking! Its water reservoir has a large opening for easy, less-mess emptying. The Leifheit Window Vac has a long-lasting rechargeable battery so you can clean those windows quickly and effectively--even hard to reach windows!  The vacuum has 2 automated gears to extend the life of the battery even more.  Full suction is automatically activated when the window vacuum head is flush against a smooth surface.  When Leifheit Window Vac is not on a window, it goes into batter-saving mode. I almost missed the genius of this item. The first time I tried it I was a bit careless. The vacuum squeegee left marks or smudges. Then I tried again. I measured the amount of squeegee window cleaner to get the proper dilution. The key, which is now rather obvious, is to make sure the glass surface is wet. Don't let it partially dry in the wind or sun. Not a big deal. Just use the squeeze vacuum right away.

I live right on the ocean and am fortunate to have such a view and a lot of glass to keep clean. I was testing other window cleaning tools and comparing three different window cleaning fluids. One was a paste wax, the second was an aerosol spray and the third was syamdard squeegee fluid added to water. I have experimented with other tools in the past including a steam based squeegee system which wasn't too bad.

However, this vacuum squeegee was the quickest and most effective. It also required the least amount of rags and getting those few marks left on the window.

I will try to post a photo. I don't see that option at the moment.

My disability makes old-fashioned window cleaning very challenging for me. I don't have to struggle anymore. When I can't get to them, the friend who helps me loves using this and it speeds up the process several 100% while improving results. A winner.

I used this for the first time yesterday. Mixed Windex with water. They really don’t tell you what to use. Last night, I turned out some overhead outdoor lights which shine back into our great room. Streaks everywhere. I did not notice them prior to evening but in the morning, closer inspection revealed light streaks. So today, I mixed vinegar and water and went at it again. This time I cleaned the rubber part each time it went down the window. However, the streaks still remain when I position myself in the right please based on glare etc. So, I ended up spraying Windex on the window and wiping again which pretty much renders this device worthless. Really wanted this to work. I guess you could use it as a pre wash on dirty windows and then come back with a more traditional method. I tried pushing harder and going slower but nothing seems to help. I will likely return based on the price. If it were under $20 I would just keep it. I would not recommend this product unless you don’t care about streaks....but if you don’t care about streaks you likely don’t clean your windows anyway.

I actually don't mind doing windows now, and our house is all windows! I wipe the blade quickly between wipes to avoid small streaks, but occasionally you get a few that wipe right off with a paper towel. It's fast, but the best is that I can easily do the inside windows with the carpeting never getting a drop on it.
I did not have to use the telescope, so I can't say how that will be comparatively, but it works better when you don't put too much pressure on the blade.
Four stars, because if you have a lot of windows, as I do, a larger reservoir would be better. I really love it.

Not too heavy to handle.On the negative side, the black rubber cap to empty the reservoir broke from its attached tab after the second usage. It's not a big deal. I just plugged the hole with the broken tab to prevent a loss of suction. Also the cleaning pad doesn't stay firmly on the cleaning handle because the Velcro strap is too weak.

I used it only once since I bought it and so far I was satisfied with the result . Windows are clear and shiny with no streaks at all. The only thing I would improve is adjustable stick so people could use it even on oversized windows and also be able to reduce the amount of water in washing pad without hands. Otherwise water is dripping from the pad on the floor. I was surprised and disappointed that this isn't an option to do .
