Product Description
Includes 10 whitening gel 3ml syringe dispensers in maximum strength 44% Carbamide Peroxide. High viscosity gel formula provides maximum adhesion. This is crucial so that whitening gel remains suspended on tooth surfaces. Many thin and watery whitening gels “run off” teeth during the whitening process, which compromises a uniform and consistent bleaching of tooth stains and discolorations. Whitening gel quickly and safely removes stubborn stains due to coffee, tobacco, red wine, tea, foods, yellowing from age and more. Most people see noticeable whitening results after the first treatment. Experience a radiant smile without an expensive trip to the dentist. Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. CAUTIONARY: The 44% Carbamide Peroxide strength whitening gel is the highest strength peroxide based bleaching product available. It has the potential to irritate gums or cause moderate tooth sensitivity for some users, especially if too much gel is applied to dental trays. Use whitening syringe nozzle to apply small dots of gel along dental tray impression and then spread gel evenly across impression using syringe nozzle. The gel will expand when activated and any excessive application of gel will result in gel remaining suspended on gums, causing potential irritation. It is highly recommended that users perform short 10-15 minute whitening intervals to start in order to ascertain tolerance to the 44% whitening gel. The following is recommended to address gum or tooth sensitivity issues: Decrease the duration and/or frequency of treatments allowing gums to recover between treatments. If you are considering peroxide based teeth whitening for the first time, you might want to purchase a lesser strength whitening gel like 22%. We offer lesser Carbamide Peroxide concentrations through Amazon. Just click on the seller name Bleach Pro to view.

Important information
Safety Information
The 44% carbamide peroxide whitening gel is a maximum strength concentration. It has greater potential for tooth sensitivity and/or gum irritation. This can be avoided or minimized by applying only a very thin strip of gel to tray. When trays are molded well, very little whitening gel is required to fill the space between teeth and tray wall. Over application of gel will result in gel remaining suspended on gums and causing some temporary irritation. This product is intended for individuals with healthy teeth and gums. Use whitening gel according to the instructions. Gel should not be used by individuals with periodontal disease, braces, decayed teeth, open mouth sores or during pregnancy. You may experience some mild sensitivity to teeth and gums, which normally subsides a day after treatment. If sensitivity persists, reduce treatment intervals and/or reduce the duration of each treatment. If increased discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist. Keep out of children's reach.

Try this for sure!! I like spreading it on each tooth to make sure it’s coated well.
I use cotton swabs that come pre-loaded with vitamin E oil and just run it along my gumline before I use the bleaching gel. I would recommend this for any teeth whitening, but especially with this one because this bleach is very strong! If my teeth become sensitive I wait a day or two before bleaching again. I also find it is even more effective using an LED light tray.
After bleaching, I like to use a demineralization gel as well, and this really helps with teeth sensitivity. I thought that I would have to try several products to find the most effective one, but this works so well that I am staying with this brand! You can see how much whiter my teeth are with only a couple of weeks' use. I think it is fairly comparable to the professional product I got from my dentist. Do be sure to protect your newly whitened teeth by avoiding further staining products for a couple of weeks after you reach your desired effect. I have switched to white tea with a splash of milk, because milk helps bind the tannins in tea, and also helps in coffee. I don't know if it helps, but I also use a straw to keep most of the liquid off of my front teeth.

The photos in the listing are MISLEADING in that they depict applicators that have black rubber tips on the head of the plunger that's inside each syringe applicator. However, the product that I received does not have the more-expensive black rubber tip design on the internal plunger but utilize a cheap plastic head instead.
Why is this important?? I'm so glad you asked...
As I've already mentioned (but it bears repeating), because of this variation in design, the net result is that the cheaper plastic heads on the tip of the internal plunger winds up having a much higher coefficient of friction than the designs that utilize the black rubber tips. Result: As a result of the increased coefficient of friction, the plastic heads stick to the inside walls of the syringe applicator making the movement of the plunger much stiffer and more difficult as a result. This, in turn, winds up requiring a lot more force to get the product to dispense and that in turn leads to waste.
I do a lot of craft work and have excellent manual dexterity and hand strength. No matter how hard I tried to modulate the amount of force I used to dispense this product I would nevertheless always wind up with some waste and, as was the case most often - a lot of it at that. To give this product the benefit of the doubt, I thought that perhaps the first syringe was just an anomaly - i.e. that perhaps the first syringe out of the box was somehow defective or the victim of bad plastic casting. Nope - not the case: I'm now on my second syringe and can honestly report that this problem was not the result of a manufacturing anomaly - just bad (i.e. cheap) design. But perhaps what bothers me even more is the fact that the photos of the syringes for this product depict them as being of the more-expensive design that utilize the black rubber tip on the head of the internal plunger. This is a problem that I've found to be a bit too common for my taste with many products sold here on Amazon where the photos of the item do not accurately represent the item that one receives. There's an old-school term for this practice: FALSE ADVERTISING!
My attached photos illustrate my point about the syringes:
If you look at the photos I've included in this review you'll see three images: One of the syringe that contains this product (with a simple plastic head on the internal plunger), the second of an empty syringe that I purchased to use to dispense oral medication to my cat and, lastly, a side-by-side comparison of boh. Note that the syringe that I use for my cat has a black rubber internal "head" on the plunger and that it actually has two ribs to seal the product. Even with the double ribbing of the black rubber tip, it still takes far less force to get that medication flowing (and, for the record, the medication I give my cat is just as thick as the whitening gel that is this product). Now, this may seem like a trivial thing but to me it's not as I wound up wasting so much of the whitening gel because of the cheaper syringe design that they choose to use for this product. And, again, what I received is not the same as what is depicted in the photos!.
BUT I DID FIGURE OUT A WORK AROUND:
I gave this some though and I finally took a que from what I recall seeing many medical professionals due when they work with syringes. I decided to try PULLING back on the plunger a little FIRST to get it unstuck which I then found made it a little easier when I went to push on the plunger to dispense the product. So, if you buy this product... when you go to dispense it, first remove the small plastic cap that comes on the tip of each syringe, then pull back on the plunger a little first to get it unstuck and then, finally, push on the plunger to dispense the product. This workaround isn't a perfect and I'm sure there are other possible solutions but I found that this method works for me as does markedly lower the amount of the product that would be otherwise wasted if I didn't follow this procedure.
I would have given this 4 starts instead of 3 had the photos in the listing been accurate - and 5 stars had the photos been accurate AND had they shipped me the product in the better-quality syringes as they claim to advertise. But as they are right now, the current photos that depict the applicators as having black rubber tips on the internal plunger and that's totally misleading as it isn't what I received.
You get what you pay for (and sometimes not even that).
I hope this helps.

1. Squeeze a small amount into small bowl and mix with same amount of vegetable Glycerin
2. Dry teeth with toilet paper
3. Use a small paint brush to apply diluted mixture onto teeth
4. Cover teeth with LED light (I use the one that plugs into your phone)
5. Let sit for 30 mins- 1 hour
6. Repeat daily
DO NOT BRUSH TEETH BEFORE applying! That is a sure fire way to get burned gums.
