Painful to use, slow and inaccurate to write

Painful to use, slow and inaccurate to write
For an "Ergonomic" keyboard this is a fail. It hurts me! The keys seems to be light to the touch but if you don't hit them hard enough they don't register the keypress. Some of the letters are worse than others, like t and e especially, and backspace. My pinky finger on my left hand is in pain from having to smash the shift key so hard to get it to work. I miss my Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 that is no longer in production. I wish mine wouldn't have broken. I am used to typing fast and accurately, and i absolutely can not do that on this keyboard. It slows me down so much! And still mistakes get through. There really are not many options for people with carpel tunnel issues. I was hoping this would be the answer I loved that it had backlights. I can see the letters in the dark. But the way the keys are positioned they push my fingers off the spacebar to the empty space in the middle where the spacebar should be and so I miss it a lot, or if I hit it then it just doesn't register. It doesn't like to hit the same key twice, like the backspace key, or tt or rr or other letters that are commonly replicated in a word. I have to slow down and watch what I am typing. It also seems o transpose letters after they have been typed. I don't even understand how or why this would happen, but about 10% of my words have letters in the wrong sequence. I thought about leaving all the errors in this review so you could see how terrible i is but the errors make my writing sound stupid, so I have attempted to correct them where Grammarly has noticed the errors for me. I have won the 50,000 words in a month challenge with NaNoWriMo 9 out of 11 years of participating. I am not so sure this keyboard will allow me to win if I have to keep using it through November this year. I am so very frustrated about this keyboard. I NEED a solution that doesn't hurt me. I feel like the makers of this keyboard were just trying to copy the basic shape of n ergonomic keyboard without actually studying the biological design for interacting with one. My hands are shaking now just from writing this short review. I wanted to give it 2 stars because it hurts me but I gave it 3 stars because the vendor shipped it very fast and it did get here a day early. I was very happy to get it early. I just wish it met expectations. The RGB backlighting is ONLY that. Red, or green, or blue. There is a button on the keyboard to choose what color you want. You can't make a rainbow, mix colors, or have it pulse or do anything fancy like that. It is sufficient for what I wanted it to do - let me see in the dark - but not fancy. I feel the lights were misrepresented but maybe I was just expecting more after seeing my sons gaming keyboard. The TAB button is not really a proper TAB button. It's a forward and back button that doesn't really work properly. You have to hit it twice to get it to respond at all when trying to Ctrl-Tab to switch windows. It's very annoying when gaming and you want to switch between typing in discord (or anything else) and playing your game. Why can't people make a proper keyboard that works as advertised? ergonomic keyboards should not be this painful or this inaccurate.
