I have (permanently-installed) PVC hoops on hinges mounted on raised beds with this fabric over the top. Works very well for insect protection.
I have some trees around and the wind inevitably drops branches on them which almost always puncture the fabric. I have bought more, but am trying a heavier fabric this time.
Quality wise, they can tear much faster, and I think that's expected from a cheaper product. I'd rather use this product to shield the plants from any heavy sun anyday.
