Product Description

Maximize the storage space under your bed with structures' bed risers. These heavy duty risers have been newly reconstructed to be able to hold up to 1,200 pounds and create up to 29 cubic feet of storage space. Each bed riser's Recessed top can securely hold a bed frame foot up to 2.75 inches wide and won't scratch or dent hardwood floors. Use the 3-Inch risers, the 5-Inch risers, or stack them together for an 8-Inch riser. The set includes eight total pieces, creating variable heights of 3, 5 or 8 inches.

Sturdy Bed Risers

I did a lot of research before purchasing these Structures Bed Risers, sold by Linenspa. These indicate that they hold a weight of 1200lbs. There are 8 pieces included - 4 5-inch pieces, and 4 3-inch pieces. I am using this to raise the head of my king size bed. My king size bed needed 3 to raise just the head of the bed. I am using only the 5 inch pieces. I like that they seem very sturdy and I did not have to remove the wheels of my bed frame, I was able to set the wheels right on top of the bed risers. I have moved the bed closer to the wall, and the bed risers have slid on the tile floor against the wall easily. They are very sturdy. I have the head of the bed raised for medical reasons, and the first night It was a tad of an adjustment. However, by the second night I was used to it. I place a pillow under my knees and that helps me from sliding down a bit. I only slide an inch or two. Before this, I had pillows propping me up, and that was not so well. I also had purchased a wedge pillow before these bed risers, but when I received it, it was made of 100% urethane (not polyurethane), so I had returned the pillow and purchased these bed risers instead. Also, my doctor had indicated to raise the head of my bed, and not a wedge pillow. I think I would have a hard time staying on the wedge pillow. For the price, I figured I would try them, and I'm very glad that I did. It's helping my medical issue, and I think it is a lot more comfortable than pillows.

These worked well and were so easy to use. I wanted to give some height to my bed and these worked like a charm. I just placed the block under each foot of my bed frame and they snapped right in. I didn't even realize the product came with two sets of height blocks. I'm super excited to use other the other set when we add a bed to our second bedroom in a few months. They're not particularly visually appealing, but a long bed-skirt fixes that easily. I would definitely recommend these.

These are quite sturdy bed risers that hold a lot of weight. I stacked my queen size mattress and box spring on their full height, and they hold it well. I can now store boxes under my bed. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the set only includes 4 risers. Since my bed frame had a 5th center spike, I had to switch bed frames with my housemate. The set should really come with 5 risers--or you should have the option to pay a little more and get a 5th riser (instead of having to buy 2 sets).

Raised my desk 8 inches. That is perfect for the keyboard for me. It would be nice to have the monitor and mouse 2 inches higher. I will work on that. (The mousepad and monitor each is on a ream of paper for now. It works.) It is also good for reading, but 2 inches higher would be better. I got a Wobble Stool to lean on and replaced the guest chairs with counter stools with footrests. I will be able to use a counter stool when my legs get tired (which they do now). As time goes on I hope to need the Wobble Stool and counter stool less.

It is great when someone comes in to look at papers with me on the desk. But 2 more inches would be better.

OK this product was hard to review. Because it did make me happy, I’m glad I bought it, but they ended up not being as sturdy as advertised. They lift the bed well and give you a lot of storage space. But if you’re not careful and you push your bed they fall. Which is concerning because sometimes my animals like to sleep under that and I would hate to ever squish them with my boxspring. After falling off about two times the plastic cracked and even though it seems super durable to begin with it didn’t exactly end that way. They’re also really big and bulky. Overall I’d say save your coin invest in something a bit better if you want these for long-term.
