UPDATE: I originally gave this product a lower rating but in all honesty, after using the product for over 3 months now, I must update. Overall, this sleeve works! For over a year, I have been suffering from elbow Tendinitis and I have tried everything to minimize the discomfort; from altering my workout to even trying other wraps. After using this sleeve for three months, my pain is gone. I'm actually shock as to how it has took the pain away from my elbow joints and has enabled me to become 100% active again in my chest and arm workouts. It takes a while to work but, this sleeve does its job if you use it regularly.Note: The white lettering and Copper Compression branding will eventually peel off after the first and second wash. I had complained to the company about this and they are aware and told me they could not use any permanent branding material on sleeve without compromising the compression integrity and quality. Overall though, once the lettering peels off, the sleeve looks nice over the joints.Because of the letter peeling, I could not give this product a 5 star. But overall, this product works and I would highly recommend it if you are suffering from elbow, knee, or any other joint workout pain. It's definitely a 4.5 STAR product.

I play Badminton. Now being 45 plus and perhaps stressing while playing or at times going for wrong shots, developed Golfer Elbow. It worsened and I took rest. Tried some braces that is worn just before the elbow. Though it gave some relief, could not help heal. Finally, with some recommendation from a friend, I decided to give this a try. I was skeptic to try this as I felt, this may not give as much tension and adjustable to the need etc. I was completely wrong. I ordered Medium size and it fitted snugly. It did not slip unlike the brace which I had to repeatedly had to re-adjust after a few shots, and the velcro's were not holding as it did when new.
The copper compression provided steady grip and consistent compression, this appeared to be magic for my pain. Also, it used to steadily wick away my sweat and leaving my elbow cooler (which was blessing in disguise, as I did not have to put Ice after the work out). So it is like smearing Ice while working out. Because of it's thin profile, it is like an extra membrane or skin and you won't even feel you are wearing it. After 3 to 4 weeks the pain was noticeably subsided. It is completely not gone, but I now don't play without wearing it, so it has arrested further damage. I could not be happier. I am planning to buy one more. The reason I am delaying buying is, it is so easy to wash as well and it dries quick and is ready for next day. Unlike the braces which I could not wash, this I can wash everyday. So very hygienic. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend. I am even planning to try out the knee sleeves, just as a precaution as it might stabilize the knee and provide similar protection, so I do not Injure.

I bought one of these sleeves a little over a year ago and it really seemed to help the achy feeling in my elbow go away when I wore it. I usually only wore it to bed but the excessive dampness of this winter had my elbow aching almost all the time. My sleeve had gotten a little stretched out and I think I had accidently let it get into the dryer one of the times I washed it so it had a balding look to the fabric. Portions of the sleeve looked thinner and less elastic. I am most positive it was because I let it get dried, so I bought 2 new sleeves just last week with no rush shipping and they arrived within 5 weekdays of purchase and are great. I bought a 1x and a 2x so I could use the larger one possibly on my knee occasionally. My sister and Mom both used my old sleeve for a day during the Christmas holidays and they both were amazed at how their aching elbow or wrist just stopped aching as soon as the sleeve went on and the pain was gone as long as they wore the sleeve. Now I wear my new sleeves most of the time I am home from work. I've read a few of the reviews on here and have to laugh at the few people who say, "there is no copper in this sleeve" simply because they can't see it in there. The copper was made into a powder that was "infused" into the fabric before or during the weaving process. So, No you will not see actual copper threads. When wearing the sleeve my family and I both notice a cooling feel to the fabric against your skin kind of like if a metal such as copper was placed on your skin. The sleeve keeps my muscles warm but I still feel a cooling sensation when I touch it on the outside or in spots along my arm. Regardless of the science of how it feels cool but keeps the body warm it does work and it doesn't need to be visible for copper to exist in the sleeve.

So I've had rheumatoid arthritis for close to 15 years now and my elbow has become what seems to be a casualty of the disease. My last MRI showed nearly no cartilage left. Anyway, so it's been pretty crappy dealing with the pain and swelling. Although very skeptical, I bought this brace because...well...because I'm growing pretty desperate.

When I first received it, I was actually somewhat surprised about how thin it was. I slipped it on and it fit pretty tight which was to be expected. About 20 minutes into wearing it, my elbow began to hurt. I contemplated taking it off but I actually just ended up falling asleep with it on. When I woke up the next day, I felt noticeably better. The pain in my elbow was at a manageable level and the swelling was also lower. Its only been one day but so far so good.

Can I get the same effect with some other brace? Maybe. All I know is that I am at a much better place right now in regards to my pain level and I need to stop writing this review so I can enjoy the day!

Update: Its been 5 days since I started wearing the sleeve and so far so good. I have only taken it off to take showers and pretty much put it back on almost immediately. The elasticity is still good and my pain level is still manageable. Not that I mind but the copper compression insignia however, is starting to come off. Also, the upper part of my arm gets pretty itchy due to how tight it fits. I just started moving it to different levels around my bicep. Other than that, I still think the sleeve is worth it. I want to say that the compression is helping more so than the copper. But im going to wear it as long as it keeps my pain levels down.

Update: Its now been over 2 weeks since I purchased this sleeve. I've worn it everyday and it has totally helped support my elbow and decreased the pain as well. However, I now notice that the sleeve is nowhere near as tight as before which is a bummer because I truly feel that the key attribute to this sleeve was the compression that it provided. It still works but not as well as it did. For that, I'm dropping it a star.
