Great headphones, till they break.
Great headphones, until they break.I have had these for over a year, and am always extremely gentle when handling on and off and storage. I take care of my stuff, not a destroyer. I’m now well outside any warranty coverage, and was very disappointed to find cracks on both sides of the plastic headband cover, right where the soft padding enters the hard plastic shell, above the two screws.One side is significant and gives rise to immediate concern. The other side is just starting, but it won’t be long and plastic stress cracks seem to grow exponentially. Once the integrity is compromised, the deal is sealed.I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be able to wear these before they snap completely.For $150, I truly thought they’d last more than a year. Sadly I now feel like the clock is ticking, and I’m starting to look at other headphones for purchase. They will not be Samsung, nor will they have adjustable plastic components.
