The reusable bag is made very good. Overall I am happy with the product itself. However I am very disappointed about the packaging. I seen some other people posted that they had the same problem with the storage container being cracked and broken, and I just thought maybe it was a shipping issue until my box came in the same way. I really don't have time to return this product, I need these tips right now for my nieces birthday cake I'm making. I do feel bad that I'm wasting my money on this broken container as this is what has to hold the tips. I guess I'm gonna have to try to fix it on my own and that's more money that I have to waste. If the container wasn't broke, I'd give 5 stars. Shipping was super fast so that boosted me to give it another star. I just hate being so happy about something to be so disappointed in the next breath.

Received the product today. It was shipped in a large envelope that contained the product surrounded by bubble wrap and placed into a MCIRCO box. I was wary about ordering this product based on the number of reviewers that had complained about receiving the storage box with a broken hinge and also many seemed to have received unnumbered tips; but I decided to throw caution to the wind because this was such a great value. I was primarily looking for the large tips to ice cupcakes, but when I saw how much it was to order a set of just the 4 large tips, for only $5 more you could get this entire set which has everything a cake decorator could ever want. I'm a beginner decorator so I figured this would be a great set as it cost about the same as sets that included far fewer tips.

The storage box was perfectly in tact; in addition to the shipping protection mentioned above it was also protected in shrink wrap. Also the set I received was in fact numbered.

The quality of the tips is just as you would find in any of the cake decorating sections of craft stores so I am completely happy. It would take some considerable force to bend one of these tips out of shape.

All in all if you're looking for an extensive set of icing tips at an incredible value look no further.

These are great for those just starting out like myself. There is a good variety and they are very sturdy and have not had any issues with rusting. I've hand washed and put them in the dishwasher and have had no problems at all. The only downside I can think of is that they don't come with any type of instruction or guide as to what each tip can be used for so I had to try and figure it out myself or Google the tip number and go from there. I'm new to cake decorating and just winging it on my own with no training and it would of been helpful to have some sort of an idea as to what each one is used for. The plastic material that the coupler is made from could be better, I feel if you were to be firm with it there's a chance it would break in half. Other than that they are perfect!

Great set for a great price. Not cheaply made and just what I needed to make my daughters 5th birthday cake and I'm sure many more cakes.
It would've been nice to have a sample picture of how each tip made the frosting look. It was difficult deciding which tips to use for certain projects but with a Google search it worked out. Also maybe some instructions for newbies? When I first started a made quite a mess because the bags came out of the tip. I learned you had to cut slips in the bag and fold it over the cap and then screw on the tip to help hold the bag in place. Maybe I'm just an idiot.

The tips are numbers which I like. I no longer own a Wilton Set of tips so I can't say for sure but the tips and numbers seem to line up. Some of the tip numbers are the same as the Wilton Set some are different but close enough that it is not a big deal. This is NOT the exact same set as Wilton but it is not worth the price difference to me . This set came with a bag to try out and I like it enough that I bought a 12 pack of bags (Hiware 12-Piece Silicone Pastry Bag Set ).

I received an email from the company asking me to write a review.....here it is......I gave 3stars for the set, it's great has all the tips I can imagine I will need, seems really nice quality....I took two stars because the case is broken, one of the hinges is snapped and the whole case is twisted so it doesn't close and one of the tips had what looked like cookie dough in it so at least one of the tips was used......yeah I won't be using the set that's just gross....so again another used product fromAmazon you really have to be careful what you buy on Amazon also watch out for the return policy apparently it's great unless you want to use it.....so in summery it's a great set if you can find it in a working box unused I'd recommend it.

I'm so happy that I chose to buy this instead of one of the more expensive sets. As far as I can tell these have the same quality and all the tips are numbered, which is very convenient. I have no complaints at all. I'm working on cookie decorating techniques - I'm no professional, so this is great for a starter that doesn't want to drop tons of money on a hobby.

Was worried about purchasing the Russian tips that are not numbered. I read through the reviews and decided to give them a try. I like the way they are packaged. It's a very nice kit with all the different sizes and tips you need to decorate. I decorated a wedding cake last week using this set. I had no issues with the tips or cleaning them.
