I loved it, but it was just too small around the waist. The medium size supposedly is good for up to a 36" waist, but it isn't. It's only comfortable & supportive to size 34". Medium size is only comfortable and supportive up to about a 34 inch waist. . If your belt size is over 34", buy the large size.. Additionally, the company was great about coverning the return and they were polite and the turn a round was very fast! Recommend buying iyt.

The size is the first problem. They offered it as fitting up to a 47" waist. Not sure what country standard of measurements they used to measure the 47" waist but I am a 46" waist and that lower back Belt lacked 5-6" of just the tips meeting end to end, and that would leave no room for the 3"minimum on each side for the Velcro fastening to securely fasten. I am returning it and will not trust Amazon statements regarding sizes anymore.

Supposed to fit up to 47" around the middle. I'm 42" and it would barely meet in the front, and the front tabs are so narrow they bunch up and make it very uncomfortable. And the shoulder straps are sewn too far under toward the rear in the front, and are very uncomfortable also. Not at all happy with this purchase.
