The second one I bought used because I needed one that was easier to transport. That first one took up way too much space in the car and was super heavy to lift into the car. Second one was one of those fancy, lightweight, expensive strollers and I LOVE it.
However, it is too heavy for me to lug up stairs (with or without baby in it) so I needed something even more lightweight! There are a few places I go where there is no elevator and where I need to bring the baby (he's now 10 months old and can sit in this type of stroller) and neither of the other strollers would work. And I needed a place for him to sit when we got up all those stairs. And a stroller that wouldn't take up a lot of space in the car.
This was exactly what I was searching for...except it's a really awful stroller. I mean, it's great for its purpose. I carry the stroller in one arm and the baby in the other, we go upstairs, and I put him in the stroller. It rolls around in the waiting room just fine. But....
I'm only 5'3" and I still have to sort of bend over to push this thing (anyone tall would lose their minds after a brief period), and the ride is so awful I hate pushing it in parking lots or even on sidewalks. It has almost no navigability- awkward turning- and it really is not fun to push. I would definitely not even attempt to roll it around on grass or anything other than a paved surface (or in a building).
That being said...it is the lightest stroller I was able to find, and if that's what you need, go for it. It does exactly what I want it to do (except it would be nice if it wasn't quite so short and was a little easier to maneuver).
