I was impressed with the quality packaging: these probiotics come in a glass bottle and were shipped in a bubble-wrap envelope along with the rest of my order. If the quality of the packaging is any indication of the quality of this probiotic, then it should be good. I had been taking SBO probiotics and thought I'd give these a try. The strains in this Ora probiotic are varied and the prebiotic should work as a prokinetic, too. I will update this review in a few weeks with regard to its efficacy.

Received my Ora Trust Your Gut Daily Essential Probiotic & Prebiotic on July 12, 2023. 60 capsules that I take one a day. Looked at the BB date on the bottle and it says 9/2023 (no day of the month included). If I take my normal dose, a lot of these will expire before I take them. To add insult to injury, I checked the return policy on Ora and this is not eligible for return. Going back to my previous prebiotic. They were high quality and the BB date on my last bottle was 01/17/2025!

UPDATE: The people at Ora reached out to me and offered a refund which I accepted. Great customer service and once I use up my current supply, I will be buying from them again.

Let me just say that I wasn't going, and now I go.
I don't think I had ever tried a separate probiotic. I only had things with probiotics in it and they never really did anything, but this works!
I have also changed my diet to vegan and I guess that has also contributed to the success.
Don't hesitate and buy this!

I have gut leak issues and get heartburn when I eat certain foods (acidic). On my journey to restore my gut health, I decided to try these probiotics recently since it had some good reviews.
Probably works for some people, but FOR ME it just MADE THINGS WORSE. Haven't been able to sleep at all since taking these, as it's been giving me acid reflux (which I didn't have before), major heartburns regardless of whatever I eat (I isually get minor heartburn but only when I eat acidic foods like citrus food or tart apples). I also feel a weird sensation on my liver, like it got irritated or something.
I just stopped using this product as I'm afraid the side effects keep getting worser.
Unfortunately this product can't be return. I would have asked for a refund immediately!! Too bad I can't even contact customer service. This is the worse experience I've had so far when it comes to supplements. Worse ever. Kinda bummed I've lost money to this. First time ordering from this brand and certainly the last!! Too bad cuz the product seemed to have healthy ingredients compared to most out there.

These simply did not help at all, though it isn't always gut flora that is the cause of the problem so pro/pre-biotics wouldn't help. I was given a full re-fund as well
