Auto Off But Still standing Water

Auto Off But Still standing Water
Overall the Wayne auto bug worked well when it was running. The main issue, after 20mins it shut off and there was still a large amount of standing water. I unplugged for 5mins to reset but it would stop after 5mins.Called support and it was good to hear an America voice. One reason I bought the product bcz it was made in the USA.In summary, I may switch to the smaller non-auto off or keep this one if I have time to test it out in my tub.
