brand new one with coffee ground on it. ??????
for my birthday present, I ordered this product and arrived... i was so excited about new coffee machine when i open the box.all set up and detached the brewing group but ... i found coffee ground on it.WHAT? I even did not put the ground coffee on this.brand new just opened box has ground coffee on brewing group??????????????I have to return this and representative says its mistake.... what? no one will make a mistake on selling new coffee machine with used brewing group inside! will buy from other seller or other companyI cannot trust amazon any more.
