Selectable Full Spectrum

To meet the different spectrum demands of vegetative and flowering stage of plants growth, the V600 uses separated VEG and BLOOM switch to control the veg and bloom spectrum individually.

Note: Please turn on both VEG and BLOOM switches for flowering stage.

Excellent PAR Output

The Reflector Design increase PAR Output by 50% is scientifically engineered to keep the balance with excellent PAR Output and suitable Coverage. This design reflects more light to the plants, at the same time will not far too concentrated in the middle of the growing area which results in stunted plant growth and sunburning.

Convenient Daisy Chain Function

The daisy chain feature which assists growers to use multiple lights together with less outlet. No additional cords is needed, just simply plug in the provided power cord into the second light's outlet to achieve connection among multiple units.

Grow Into The Night. Grow Into The Winter. Grow Year-Round.

HOW TO COMPARE LED GROW LIGHTS?

If you have been researching LED grow lights for your plant growth facility, you have likely been bombarded with a variety of metrics that lighting manufacturers use to market their products: watts, lumens, LUX, PAR, PPF, PPFD. In our opinion, you want to buy a lighting system to deliver the required amount of light to your plants. In order to explain the correct method for evaluating a horticulture lighting system, let’s first highlight two of the metrics used today that you need to avoid:

RULE 1: DON'T FOCUS ON THE WATTAGE OF THE LED'S. Do you use 5W, 10W, or 15W LEDs? We are asked this question on a frequent basis, but the wattage of the LED use in light does not tell you anything meaningful about the lighting system's performance since LED and fixture efficiency varies widely. Remember, the LED wattage is a system input, and growers care about the system output--PAR Output. Hence, the lighting system using 10W or 15W LED wattage doesn't deliver more light to your plants than lighting system using 5W LED wattage.

RULE 2: DON'T LOOK AT A SINGLE PPFD MEASUREMENT. Unless you are growing a small plant directly under your light, a single PPFD measurement doesn’t tell you much. By clustering the LEDs closely together and using narrow beam optics, it is very easy for a manufacturer to show an extremely high PAR measurement directly under the fixture. However, unless you are only growing one plant in this exact location, you need to know how much PAR is being distributed across the entire canopy.

Three important questions you should look to be answered when researching LED grow lights are:

Question 1: How much instantaneous PAR from the fixture is available to plants (measured as PPFD)? Question 2: How much PAR is being distributed across the entire canopy? Question 3: How much wattage is used by the fixture to make PAR available to your plants?

The three key metrics of the V600 used to answer these questions are:

5-1

5-2

5-3

PPFD directly under the Fixture

PPFD is photosynthetic photon flux density. PPFD measures the amount of PAR that actually arrives at the plant, or as a scientist might say: “the number of photosynthetically active photons that fall on a given surface each second”. PPFD is a ‘spot’ measurement of a specific location on your plant canopy, and it is measured in micromoles per square meter per second (μmol/m2/s).

PPFD over a 3’x3’ Area

If you are growing over a 3’ x 3’ area, you need to review the PPFD levels over the entire area to calculate the average light level the lighting system is providing. If you only had a center point measurement you may assume a fixture is extremely powerful. However, you would need multiple measurements across the 3×3 grow area to calculate the average amount of PAR that is provided by the fixture .

Actual Power Draw

In general, for well-designed full spectrum lighting system, the higher actual power draw is, the higher PAR Output a lighting system emits to plants. So how much actual power draw do you get when buying other 1200W(120x10W) LED grow lights?

I used to grow in the 80's in green houses and the back yard, luckily never got busted. Now California is legal to grow 6 plants for personal recreational use.But now they have added some crazy restrictions, you have to grow indoors. So I purchased a couple of 300 watt cheapie lights off of the big auction site and my sprouts seemed to be elongating. There wer so many positive reviews on this light I had to purchase one.Its been installed for only a few days now so my review is pre mature. However this unit cranks out the light. The unit itself is well built and looks bad ass with the black color and the laser etching. So, I ordered 3 more and I'll be growing in a 8/8 area. Come spring I'll build a nice big outdoor green house. With these lights I can grow a seed crop and have clones ready for early spring and still have some thing to smoke during the long cold lonely winter. I'm anxious to see what the power bill is, I'm sure its going to be less than this summer when I had the air con cranking.Update.. It's been a few weeks since I had all 4 of these light going. My seedlings had started off very weak, they wer a bit immature. I had to help a few seedlings by gently removing the seed shell. These plants are now 3 weeks old and have exploded in growth, very green and healthy. Every day I'm amazed at the rapid growth, and it must be because of these lights along with Miracle Grow soil, 10 gal grow bags and worm castings and guano.Update.. I added 8 300 Watt Vipar Spectra's a month ago, my bill was only 166 buks. Not sure if that included the full month of light use.Next bill shud be interesting. Oct has been warm, my shed gets up to 100 degrees, no fan or venting, but plants love it. I had a small problem with Thrips and they started multiplying fast, I had some Diatom earth and got a small pump disperser for 20 buks on Amazon that spewed a fine powder spray and those bugs were gone almost immediately. I also got some Neem oil but I don't want that on my buds. I cud only veg for 5 weeks, because, these plants went Nova, stellar growth rate. Got them on the 12/12 Bloom cycle for 4 days now, these plants really stretch, moving lights up, starting tying down. I'm so excited, 8-9 more weeks, l can't stand it.. I've went thru and defoliated twice now, probably about 20% of the big and medium leaves, the interior of the plants exploded in new growth. A fun hobby. It's about 2 weeks into flowering, the AK-48's are showing bud formation and starting to stink up the back yard. I'm growing in my 10/10 backyard tool shed. The other plants Sativa Indica hybrids and all started showing. Just got another Vipar 300 watt, to fill in a spot, that makes 4 600 watt and 9 300 watt lights and 2 300 watt cheapies. That's 15 friking lights over a 8'/8' area. By Xmas and New Years I'll be in the green. I luv these 600 watt lights and the 300 watt lights, they do put out some heat and when you have 15 of them going, it is nice and toasty in the middle of November, 50 outside and 80 in the shed.2-3 more weeks b4 harvest. These lights perform, novice grower, good soil, Vipar Spectra lights and I got some of the stankiest nugs forming, and adding weight and I've sampled a few. I started more clones for a big harvest by early spring. Come to daddy.
