    Good value for the price

    Good value for the price
Good quality for the price. One of my complaints about the calipers is that all the edges are sharp so they aren't as comfortable to hold as they could be.They do consistently return to zero and accuracy is on par with other calipers and standards I check them against.Like many others the case mine arrived in was broken with most of the pieces missing, but the calipers survived unscathed. One other note. The description on Amazon notes that the calipers are made of stainless while the broken case that the calipers arrive in states "high quality carbon steel"... a quick check with a magnetic tells me they are carbon steel. I'll be using them in a climate controlled woodshop do rust shouldn't be an issue, but I did select these calipers because they were supposedly stainless steel.

Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2024
I bought these for my watchmaking hobby. They are almost 2mm (0.063 inches) off. They’re probably fine for applications with less stringent tolerances. Two stars because these calipers state on the dial they are accurate to 0.001 inch (.25mm), but QC was seemingly poor as these are four times less accurate than stated. Buyer beware.
