Awesome device. I got it to listen to music at work when I moved to an open cubicle environment and could no longer use my speakers. Intuitive, easy to use, excellent sound, better than my wired Etymotic MC5 and more comfortable too, with no wires! The pink gold is beautiful and probably the best looking wireless headphone out there is you are a lady. It's not obtrusive and does not look wonky walking around the office. Overall very happy with my purchase. The retailer here on Amazon had the best price that I found. I originally ordered directly from LG but thankfully was able to cancel the order when I found it here for a much better price. Overall very pleased with value, performance and looks. Also, I did not buy to use as a bluetooth headset, but I have recently begun using this feature and love it! It didn't require any pairing, as when my iphone rings, the device shows up as an option if I have it on and am wearing it. The only not so great thing I have noticed is a slight buzzing in my ears if worn for a long period of time (I never turn up loud as the noise cancelling is excellent).

The sound quality is good, especially for the earbud size. Background noise seems to be relatively minimal. The product quality is above average. I am not worried about the bud wires breaking, but I also take care to ensure I do not yanks on them. I have had the headset for several weeks and use it multiple times per day. I have only gotten caught once on the bud wires.

Another thing I have noticed is the ease at which my bluetooth switches from the headset to my car and back again. I do not have to fuss with it. It just happens seamlessly. I cannot guarantee it was not an update on my android that resolved the issues I had with a prior manufacturer. Although I tend to think it is the headset, because I also have my headset connected to my Surface Pro and to my phone. I connected to the Surface Pro first so that seems to take precedence, but if the Surface is not on then the headset connects immediately to my phone.

I would also like to comment about the comfort of this band. I have had vertebrate in my neck fused and I can't even tolerate a necklace that rests against my neck, so I was very hesitant to get this (or any neck headset). My son has the original LG and that was very light on my neck, but I needed better sound quality. This one is much heavier and not as flexible, and yet it is so comfortable. I barely notice it is there. I think it may have to do with the way it wraps and rests around the from of the neck around the collarbone. Anyways, I can wear it for several hours and not be bothered by it. And I really love the rose color as it blends well with skin tones.

Great Audio whether Speaking or Listening

I've bought the same pair of LG rose-gold headsets for the past four-ish years. My dogs find them and chew them to bits, and I order another pair. But NOW they match the Gold-tone MacBook Air, so I look like a very coordinated fashionisto. I've also learned to store them above doggy-height.

But seriously folks, I've gotten compliments from people I'm talking to in windy situations (I'm in Chicago); in airports, on planes with the overhead announcements; the audio from your voice to their ears is impeccable. Also, it gives you plenty of notice when the batteries are running low -- by an actual percentage of charge level. It's USB-friendly and comes with its own charger. Mine have all lasted a full day without requiring a new charge. But I do block a lot of calls, FWIW.

TBH I've also got the $400 Bose equivalent, but the earbud things keep falling out and it's $10 a set to get replacements. If you can keep your dog or other ear-fetishist away from the LG headset, the earbuds retract most conveniently and don't get stuck in your pullover sweater or other outerwear.

Super-high recommendation even if rose-gold isn't your thing. Enjoy, and happy conversing!

I ordered these around last spring or summer to match my rose gold phone. I love them! I like the sturdiness, yet slight flexibility that they have. I also like the retractable ear buds and ease of use from the skipping, pausing music, redialing numbers and the volume is really good as well. I gave them four stars though because out of nowhere the left side of my headset popped where the darker, lighter color separate. Nothing that a little super glue didn't fix though and now I'm back in business.

I upgraded from an LG Tone HBS 730 to this LG HBS 910 in Rose Gold. The color on this one is just beautiful! Looks like a piece of jewelry on your neck. It does look a bit big on me but I am a petite female with a small neck so....boooo. Sound quality is good but the range is about the same as my previous one. The design is a lot better since it prevents the headphone from moving around too much. The retractable earbuds seems a bit fragile so I've been really careful with it. The battery does seem to last a bit longer than my old headphone and charges quicker too! Placement of the buttons are different but not difficult to get used to at all. Overall, I am satisfied with this headphone. Will update if anything changes!

I have bought THREE of the Intone 910's and they are great until the volume quits on the ear buds. They send you a big warning not to tug on the ear buds, WHICH I DIDN'T and yet the wires come loose from the buds very quickly.

My first pair worked for nearly 3 months before losing volume and I didn't know about not pulling the wires. 2nd one I was super careful with and it still died out and the last pair only lasted 1 month on each side (only use 1 bud at a time).

The warranty covers repairs - but you have to mail it back in and it takes 6 weeks to get back.

Updated 01/12/2017 - received my "replacement" pair in the mail on Jan 5, 2017 - left side had no sound by Jan 8th and right side is fading again as of today. Took away a star.
