As a person with scoliosis who sits at a desk all day, my back is unbearable by days end. Ever since I started using this, I have noticed that my back is no longer hurting as much as before! This does a really great job of not only stretching your back, but also giving it a quick alignment.
I have bee using this 2 or 3 times a day, for 5-10 minutes at a time. It is also so relaxing to just lay there for a few minutes and just be at peace. I do this when I wake up, get home from work, and then before bed; my back has never felt better.
Pros:
- 3 levels for different back types
- Easier and cheaper than running to the chiropractor multiple times a month
- Really does provide a nice stretch even on the first level
- So reaxing
- Compact (as you can see from the side view of the box)
- Comes with center foam replacement
- Clear instructions
Cons:
-When you first assemble it, it is VERY difficult to mount the plastic bit onto the base (yet again, I am very frail). My advice is to pre bend it as the instructions recommend, it will make it much easier to mount.
- I don't really understand the spikes.. wish it was all flat or squishy surface
Overall, I have seen tremendous improvement on my back. I no longer come home after a long day with excruciating pain. This thing is really a life saver for bad backs!
I will continue to use this products within the next few weeks to come and I will update if my opinions change in any way.
