These hats are great and a great price too. They are a little big, but have a easy adjust elastic cord to make them a little smaller. Even better!

I like the 360 wide brim. Often, especially with girls' hats, the brim is not very wide. This hat's brim is decent; it doesn't shade their shoulders much but it is still pretty good in comparison to "bucket hats" made for kids.

The material is velvety and thin with a mesh panel to keep the kids cool and for quicker drying.

I'm hoping to not misplace them so my kids can use them for multiple summers.

I had just about given up on finding an affordable sun hat that met my criteria: wide brim, chin strap, no cartoon character. These are perfect. The adjustable band is great, we will get a lot of years out of these they stay on well. And you can't beat the price. I recommend them to all my friends with little kids.
UPDATE: I originally bought these June 2017 for my 2 year old. 2 years later, of near daily summer wear and they're still going strong now on a 4yo and his 2yo brother. Still a 5 Star product hands down. If they're outside, my boys are wearing these hats.

This has arrived quickly, and is well constructed. I am impressed with the quality for the price! Perfect, adjustable tightening elastic around the head.

The under-chin strap is quite loose and probably would be useless for the toddler age (kids who try to take off the hat) unless you can manage to tie it, or sew on extra Velcro. It has Velcro closure but is not adjustable and hangs down on the little kids.

It is perfect for my 3 year old boy. I also bought the pink one for my 7 year old girl, which is truly a neon pink--brighter than shown in photos. Here they are pictured trying them on. The big brim is perfect! Flexible but not floppy in the eyes. Just what is needed!

EDIT: We're on our second summer with these and my large 4 year olds are still wearing these hats. Shape still holding up well, offers good shade and protects them from the midwest sun!

My kids aren’t huge fans of hats but seem to love these. The 2pack was perfect for my twins. This hat kept us sunburn free all summer. There’s a strap that has Velcro to keep the hat on. It didn’t irritate them at all, surprisingly. Nice blue color. Didn’t get dirty easily, could wipe off with a cloth. I was also worried about it being too floppy and impeding their vision but it held its shape very well. We’ll probably get another summer out of them. Extremely worth the cost for us.

Purchased for grandchildren, all ages, in both pink and blue, and it fit fine (as a kid's hat) because it had a chin strap. In the heat of a Texas summer, we had 10 under age 11 on my birthday, and so I bought each of them a hat, and once they were on the kiddos, they stayed there all day, keeping their faces out of the sun most of the time, on water slides, pools, and bouncy houses. They will probably be made well enough to last a long time, and the colors were vibrant. For the price, I think they served / are still serving their purpose well. I was thrilled with them!

Toddler won't keep it on their head

I bought these hats because I was looking for something with a tie around the chin so my son couldn't take it off. The SPF and wide rim were also selling points. The material seems great and I like the cooling vents but the chin strap doesn't adjust and it just attaches with little peices of Velcro he can easily rip off. Even a button would have been more useful because he simply tears it off each time. It just isn't clear to me the purpose of having the straps if they don't stay secured other than to trick me into buying them :)
