About this item
- GAS GRILL: Powered by liquid propane gas, this grill runs on a 20-pound tank, not included. It reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat.
- COOKING AREA: Grill up to 8 burgers, 4 chicken breasts or 2 steaks on the 280-square-inch grate.
- BTU RATING: This grill has a 20,000 BTU rating with two 10,000 BTU burners. *BTU is a measurement of energy used by your grill and is not related to how hot it will get. Grills with lower BTUs burn less fuel to cook your food.
- GRATES: These porcelain-coated wire grates offer fast warm-up and heat recovery time. They’re lightweight, making them easy to lift when removing to clean and economical to replace when it’s time.
- SIDE SHELVES: Two large side shelves provide ample space to set plates, tools, sauces and rubs while you grill.
- IGNITION: Push-button ignition ensures reliable starts every time. Simply turn the control knob, press the ignition button and the burners are lit.
- CONTROL KNOBS: Control knobs raise and lower the flame for each burner. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease.
- CART: The cart is designed with an integrated rack that holds the propane tank in place.
- WHEELS: Two 7-inch heavy-duty wheels make it easy to roll the grill when you need to move it. Simply, tilt the cart onto its wheels and roll it out of the garage and onto the patio.
- GREASE CUP: A removable grease cup catches drippings and slides out for easy cleaning.

Customers are mixed about the ease of assembly of the barbecue grill. Some mention that it's super easy to assemble, with clear and detailed instructions. Assembly:
Let's just say that the engineer(s) who designed the parts and packaging earned every bit of his/her wages as far as packing efficiency. This entire grill is made up of parts no longer that ~6". Doing this by yourself I would say set aside at least 2 hours. Make sure that you take your time to ensure everything is straight before tightening down. There are parts of assembly it would greatly help to have two hands, particularly on the leg/stand section.
Use:
During my maiden voyage I didn't notice any hot spots on my grill while cooking burger patties. I haven't used my grill a very long time, so I can't attest to how it will stand up over time. What I can say is that I plan to keep my grill clean and to keep if covered (I live in Seattle) when not in use. From my experiences with past grills if you take care of them they typically have a long life.
Cleaning:
Cleaning this grill like all other grills I've had is a bit of a pain. Of course the grate comes out as do the burner covers; however, lower walls of the grill were covered in fat after cooking some patties. I was able to clean this up with some standard oven and stove cleaner. Make sure to test in a small spot out of sight prior to going crazy with this cleaner (it worked on mine fine without harm to the coating). There are a lot of points that are hard to get to without pulling the pins off the burner rails and moving them. While this can be done it seems like quit a bit of work for something gravity should do.
