Hole enlargement arbor
The shaft is 1/4” with a flattened side like most hole saw pilot bits. It is 1-11/16” long so it sinks deep into a hole saw arbor. The hole saw holding end is threaded for the standard large (5/8”)and small (1/2”)hole saws just like normal arbors. This can be held by a large arbor and a hold the small or large hole saw for a hole guide, replacing the 1/4” pilot bit.
To be clear on another point, this will not move the center from the first hole drilled, only make the existing hole larger.
