Where are the ants coming from?
These were just ok bars. I thought it's ok I'll continue to them eat them for sustenance. Then I got ants in my kitchen and they've been there for about two weeks. I'm fairly OCD and very clean so I was perplexed why they would be in my house. Everything is sealed and package and I don't eat in my house. But I see one or two on the powerbar box. I clean them up and they return. Finally today I threw away the box and threw the bars on the kitchen counter. Then I saw my counter move. I search each bar and discover that two were open at the seams and there was ant farm in one of them. I threw the opened ones away and am very disappointed to know I've attracted ants in my home. I broke out in hives. I know this isn't a big deal for most people, but I purposely do not eat in my home because of insects. And unbeknownst to me, I've invited them to a potluck. Long story short, you may get some opened, rather unappealing bars delivered to you. Check the box.
