Package came in good condition. I have been looking for a neck pillow for and this one offers more. Its perfect for travelling and also sleeping in bed or just chilling in the couch. Its bendable, durable and super comfortable & soft. It support your neck arms etc. As it is flexible but still offer 100% comfort. Love that u can change it to provide support on your body. I will definitely recommend this pillow to friends & family. Its worth the money! My wife absolutely love it & I. 👍👍👍

This looked like a fantastic travel pillow, but ultimately, I returned it.

First, it’s bigger than the traditional travel neck pillows. It didn’t squish down much to fit in a backpack or suitcase. It’s something you would have to carry on, and depending on your airlines they might count it against their limit.

Second, I wanted to use this for a makeshift tailbone pillow. Initially, the articulated “spine” feature seemed like a great idea to create a donut pillow. But after sitting on it for 10-20 minutes, I started to feel that “spine” through the cushion. It probably isn’t a problem for use around your neck or shoulders, but with a lot of body weight, it just wasn’t comfortable.

The fabric was soft and it performed as advertised by holding bent positions, it just didn’t work for what I needed it for.

If you travel a lot and want something for your neck or shoulders, I think this is a great option for better support with comfort.

It provides excellent support for neck, chin, and even lumbar and legs. I have not traveled in past couple of months, but I am sure it provides a comfortable sleep in any position. Plus, its adjustable and bendable design makes it versatile for all sleepers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy travel experience!

The foam itself... it is memory foam, but it doesn't remember much. But that's fine. It's still very comfortable foam.

You'll probably mostly use it in a U-shape. I do. And that may make the malleable shape seem like a gimmick, but it's not a gimmick. It's very good. The fact that it holds its shape adds a lot for the support of the pillow, much like what you're hoping a large premium memory foam pillow will do. Once it's behind my head, I press my head into "the spot" to make the armature form to hug my head how I want it. What that spot is, will be slightly different for each person. You'll notice that it still makes a U shape, but with some small differences that are important. Your variant on the U will probably be different from mine, depending on where on your head you place it. And even if used just as the classic U, the armature adds some much-needed support that other travel pillows don't have.

I have to use it unfastened, or else I can't get it into the spot that I want. I really wish it was longer; part of the support, at least in how I use it, comes from the shoulders, and it needs more length to utilize that to the fullest potential.

I'm glad I saw another of the reviews with images. Kudos to them for warning us that it could break easily. Better not twist it, or bend it too sharply. I notice that the outer surface of the foam gets pulled very tight when the core is bent. That's not a good thing. Hopefully, with some extra care, it will last a good long time.

Cutting a sausage comes to mind. When you bend a sausage, bends a little, until the tension overcomes the case, and it splits into two pieces. But if you put many shallow cuts into the sausage, then you can bend it quite a lot without it breaking. Perhaps some day, I'll get a second one, and try putting some shallow cuts in the foam to see if that prevents the foam from snapping apart. Maybe they'll even sell one like that, by the time I come back for another.

My experience with the kind of foam that's inside of it, is that you shouldn't expose it to heat and you should keep it away from chemicals. And of course, keep it away from moisture and dirt, because the foam is porous and will trap it inside to become a bio hazard.

Little ball joint armatures... assuming that's what this uses, will tend to wear out and get loose after a few years. So, that's another reason to be nice to it.

If it doesn't break or wear out too fast, then this may be my pillow of choice for the rest of my life. Unless they make a longer one. Then, I'll buy that one every time I need a new one, and I'll be happy about it.

I'm happy that I bought this pillow.

It's a good idea to have a chair with a headrest. Until then though, an alternative is to tie up a ObusForme Highback Backrest Support to the back of a chair with a ratcheting strap. Then position a Dot&Dot Twist Memory Foam Travel Pillow behind your neck.

Very comfy pillow. I bought this for longer train trips as I wanted something I could lean against the window with. I watched videos about numerous types on YouTube but this one seemed most versatile and not too expensive (in case it didn’t work out).
Haven’t tried the train yet but it’s certainly very comfy as a bit of support when I’m watching tele on the sofa. I’ve been struggling with tight neck muscles since lockdown and this gives a nice bit of support. I like that you can change the shape and it has a washable cover. Cushion and cover are both super soft too which is great. A good purchase.
