Ordered this pair because of having ordered another similar pair in a different print - was excited to find a comfortable, attractive shoe and wanted to snag another pair in black! but the black pair fits more snug, especially on the left foot (which is slightly wider) -- whereas original pair fits better and more evenly on both feet. maybe it needs a stretch with first wears?! a bit disappointing but still love the look - great shoe! at least the other pair is awesome.

I bought these in red, as I had bought black half a size smaller previously. They were great except that I needed to add a non-slip ball-of-foot insert in addition, which require half a size up. Love this style immensely, a classic, great with anything! I have long narrow feet, and the ankle strap has enough holes to get tight enough! Logic! I do wish my feet didn't slip forward so easily in them; hence non-slip inserts, but it's an issue w all heels for me. Would love to see minor improvements to this style forever and ever and I would be a lifelong customer. They're adequate as is though.

These shoes are pretty don't get me wrong, and the velvet material is nice but the strap on top is uncomfortable and it sits kind of weird on my ankle. I ordered a size 5 and there was a bit of space left at the back, making it more uncomfortable. I also think the style doesn't suit me, since I'm petite and my legs are skinny.
