I love these shades!

They're lightweight, comfortable, and I get compliments on them nearly every time I'm out and about. Since they are lightweight you don't want to be careless with these, as I was during a recent trip traveling. I had them in the front pocket of my suitcase during a flight and another traveler unknowingly jammed their bag into the overheard compartment. When I heard the crunch I was hoping it was just my granola bar but alas no such luck, the shades had snapped in two.

BUT! A quick email to Viable Harvest explaining what had happened and boom, they sent me a replacement pair on the house. Also comes packaged in a stiff slide out case which while a little bulky, does a solid job of protecting the shades. Highly recommended!

Bought these glasses about a month before this writing. The quality is great, and they look sharp. Received a few complements the first day I wore them out to the beach! I did have the misfortune of breaking them on the second weekend I had them while out sailing, and as such I can assure you that these frames are indeed real wood. The arm came out looking like kindling! Anyhow, I contacted the seller hoping to be able to get a discount replacement pair, but they sent me a free replacement since they were purchased within 30 days of me contacting them... I was super excited about that.

I would definitely buy them again!

Nice looking frames, but way too fragile.

I was really excited to try these sunglasses, but I was extremely dissatisfied with them once the arrived. They look good; the wood texture and color was as described. However, the we're very light, like the frames we're a wooden she'll as opposed to solid wood. I didn't expect them to be heavy, but expected them to be a bit more dense. I also thought the shade on the lenses was too light. This is subjective as I'm sure each individual has their own preference on this topic.

My main issue was that the frames we're not durable. They broke during my first day of use. While out during the day, I put the frames in my front pant pocket as the sun began to set. When I returned home I pulled out the frames to discover that they had literally split at the center (between the lenses). I did not do anything out of the ordinary and have placed other frames in my pocket before with no adverse effects. So I must assume that the outcome was due to the fragility of the seemingly hollow wood frames.

Update: Although my experience with these frames was not ideal, this company has great customer service. They responded to my comments and have demonstrated a sincere desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

These glasses are extremely lightweight. Do not drop them on any hard surface! they will break easily as they are made from light wood. Otherwise, they are very comfortable to wear and come with a nice cleaning cloth.

Well to amend this review, I had the replacement glasses after the first broke. The replacemnets broke while in a case. Conclution they are garbage.

The sunglasses looked great out of the packaging and were comfortable to wear. The polarized lenses did a great job allowed me to better enjoy the outdoors. However, the frame broke within a couple weeks of use. The frame supporting the left lens fractured in two places, and the lens has fallen out. The temple frame seemed to have applied to much pressure to the hinge joint resulting in the splitting of the wood of the rim. Would have rated 5 stars if the sunglasses had not fallen apart after such a short period of time.
