Go easy the first time with tool!
Thus roller is like going to the aesthetician for microneedling. I have had several microneedling sessions and this tool is gre as t to use on those problem areas of your skin. Remember to:clean your face well,Apply a good Vit. C/hyaluronic serum while using the needling tool,Apply a good lotion with sunscreen immediately after using the tool, and as many times a day as your skin becomes dry. I use tool 2 weeks apart, NO SOONER!

This is one of the smaller microneedles available. I had purchased a longer micro needler earlier, and it was pure torture; in contrast this unit does as promised and is gentle on sensitive skin. I read a number of articles about micro needling on the NIH website, and it is supposed to be a useful therapy to removing acne scars, large pores, wrinkles, loose skin, improving skin texture and pregnancy mask. Doctors use a much longer needle, but for at home use without anesthetic, I much prefer this size needle which is perfect for sensitive facial skin. The needles are too short for scars on the arms and legs, but perfect for the far.

I recommend that the unit is washed with soap after use and left to air-dry. Your face should be washed prior to use. If your skin is sensitive, I'd avoid slapping on high-acid glycolic creams and stick with a post-needling lifting cream or a face oil. Once you have micro needled, your skin will be somewhat sensitive for a few hours. I'd use at night so any redness disappears by morning.

LUV this 192 Derma Roller. After seeing this in various ads for med spas, I started researching this. This IS something you can do at home, yourself, if you watch a few youtube videos and are careful. You can save yourself money VS having this done at a salon or med spa. I chose the 192 VS the 540 needles, Google that to see why and it will make sense. It is much safer to use, less invasive. I derma roll approximately once a week, at night. Do it lightly, do not push too hard and go over the skin area excessively, thinking you cannot see it working. Trust me, this works. Please make sure to use a serum such as hyaluronic acid over each section, before rolling, so it is freshly applied and allows the serum to penetrate into your skin. LUV THIS!! As I am getting used to derma rolling on my face, I will move to a deeper needle for my hair to encourage hair growth. 5 Stars!

This is derma roller does a nice job. It has tiny pins that you roll on you face to help stimulate collagen production which helps smooth acne scars, wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, etc.. You do not need to press very hard when using the roller. It makes tiny openings in your face which allows any serum your apply to penetrate into your skin. Which is great because you know the serum is not just sitting on the surface of your face. It is penetrating into your skin and doing it's job. I truly believe in the benefits of a derma roller. If you have never used one before it is good to start out with .25mm and then move up to .5mm. I have used more expensive brands and this one is almost as good as the more expensive brands. It is a good derma roller to start out with. Especially for the price.

I liked this product. I have looked at other skin care products for bad acne,after searching for directions, I finally figured it out by youtube.

I loved how it made me feel like I was peeling away dead dry skin. Overall it seems to be a love it or hate it type of skin care product. I loved it! I loved feeling fresh right before bed.
The only downfall I can truly see is the lack of directions. I didn't care to have to go searching for information on how to use it my first time,Also I didn't like how small the handle was and wish it was a bit thicker.
The packaging was very nice and I am able to keep it clean and safe in the tube.

I am convinced this thing is working! I have a scar on the bridge of my nose that has always bothered me and scar creams haven't consistently worked well to vanish it.

I've been using this paired with a vitamin c serum for about 2 weeks and I swear this scar is less visible. Even my husband believes so and he had no idea I was trying this.

I don't find it uncomfortable in the least. I will definitely continue to purchase these as replacements are needed. Instructions do advise not to use too often, so I believe this will be a minimal cost to my facial care routine.
