Plantar Fasciitis Facts
Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain and certain foot pain. The plantar fascia is the ligament that connects your heel bone to your toes and supports the arch of your foot. This pain can is often the worst in the morning after a night’s sleep.
Plantar fasciitis is most common among active men and woman who are on their feet a lot, folks who walk a lot, runners, and athletes. This brace is the only one I’ve been able to fall asleep wearing.
It’s more comfortable than any other one I’ve tried. It’s got left/right Velcro adjustments to adjust the foot angle.
It’s easy to put on and take off.
Note: I had to wear it for short increments the first week. I’m a woman and have smaller calves, I got a Medium and it’s a little loose around the calf area with the strap as tight as it will go. That’s the only issue I’ve had, and a minor one. This is still the best thing I’ve tried.
Highly recommend!
