How we got our start

Carlson began with a single vitamin E product in Founder Susan Carlson’s small Chicago apartment. In the early 1980s, we helped launch the omega-3 market in North America. Carlson now offers more than 200 products designed with your family’s unique nutritional needs in mind.

Within a few minutes of taking these I get nauseous. I tried to take them on an empty stomach as well to take them with a meal and still doesn’t make a difference. The other supplements I take, including zinc, never give me issues. Tried this for two weeks hoping I’d get used to it but nope some days the nausea hits like a truck. This is actually the first time I have ever felt so sick after taking a supplement.

Copper Blood Test Levels Lower After Taking This Product

Purchased this for low copper on blood test. Previously was taking one 2mg pill of another brand of copper 2x's/day. I switched to this product and took one 5mg pill 2x's/day per my doctors instructions. When my copper was retested 5 months later, my levels were much lower than the previous test. Buyer beware, this seems to be nothing but a sugar pill.
