I did lots of research on this thing and was pleased when it arrived and was larger and sturdier than what my son’s friends had gotten. That being said, it had a small hole in the seam. I requested a refund or replacement and was told by the company that they would replace it as long as I left a positive review. So, if they fulfill their promise everyone is happy.

Bought for my triplet boys on their 13th birthday ....based on hint received months before. MUST HAVE ELECTRIC PUMP! I bought 2 sets of 2 so a friend could join in. They had so much fun. The kids played with them daily - by themselves & together. After 4-6 weeks, one of the balls’ seams split just enough for it to lose air (sadly, no good anymore). The tube you fit in is held together by strings from the tube side to the outside of the ball. It was along one of these seams that it split. They were definitely well used but that’s what they are for, isn’t it? These seams could be a bit more robust or reinforced or patchable.
Feedback FROM the KIDS: 2) SO SO MUCH FUN! 2) its hard to get up unless you take off the straps and slide out; 3) the straps that hold the ball on & up (ie. hook over shoulders) are scratchy and hurt; 4) it deflated slightly between uses - you have to pump it up again before using. I never tried myself - scared of falling/rolling over and being stuck like a turtle on its back! Perfect for teens. Not great for “large framed” people - could be a bit of a squeeze!
