The unit needs assembly and we were unable to . I purchase a new pallet jack about every five years and this is the first one that came requiring the tiller arm to be attached instead of the pallet jack being shipped in one piece.
Since my initial review I would add that their customer service was very prompt and with some filing we got the new part to fit. It is working well now!
