UPDATE 2/23/2018While I realize that this review should reflect the product only, I feel compelled to point out the unexpected customer service I received from EVO regarding this product. As my original review pointed out, I had received a Yoga wheel that apparently had some manufacturing issues (see 1st photo). EVO saw my review and responded proactively by addressing the issue and sent me a replacement wheel (see 2nd & 3rd photos) without me having to contact them or request the replacement. While the replacement has some very small ovals where there seems to still be some issue with color saturation, these are difficult to discern on casual inspection. I can easily live with the small spots, especially given Evo's pro-active customer service in addressing my issue. This is what exemplary customer service is all about in my opinion and how a company gains a long-term customer.As for the Yoga wheel itself, I love it. The jazzy color pattern on the inside of the wheel makes it pop which I really like. The Yoga wheel allows me to perform movements that I couldn't otherwise. My favorite movement thus far is where I balance myself by placing one foot on the yoga wheel, coming into an evaluated plank pose, then extending the opposite foot and leg as high as I can and holding that pose (please reference the accompanying photo which illustrates the pose). It engages so many different parts of the body in executing and you may need to work up to it, but it's definitely worth the effort. The energy and feeling that this pose evokes is one of strength, power and serenity.There are many different movements and poses that can be executed and enhanced with the Yoga wheel and in my opinion a very good addition to my routine. You can use the wheel to provide stability for backbends or inversions by propping the neck and shoulders and it really helps in opening up the shoulders.The wheel itself is 13" in diameter and a very solid product as far as I can tell. The cushion matting seems durable and well adhered, but only time will tell how well it wares through continued use. The matting itself is textured and provides a secure adhesion when executing a pose or movement.Again, because of the color pattern of the wheel's interior and edges the wheel itself POPS and pleasurable to see, inviting you to use it.If you're serious about your routine, then I highly recommend the addition of a Yoga wheel and if you like POP and color, then you will really enjoy this wheel.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Initial Observations: My motivation to go with this particular Yoga Wheel was the design and coloration of the interior of the wheel. Unfortunately the interior of the product is discolored and very faded in many areas (the color saturation is definitely not even). This appears to be a flaw in manufacturing the product as well as reflecting poor quality control. I am not keeping the product and will be returning. I may try to get it replaced and see if I have better luck on a second attempt. I have noticed reviews by others noting the same problem. Apparently the seller has yet to effectively addressed this quality control issue. Despite the color fading problem, the product seems durable. If you don't care about color fading, then this product may be acceptable to you.
