No real cons to mention. The only oddity I found was the HDD's get mounted upside down in the trays. Has zero performance impact, and it looks weird to me, but that's it.
This is one of the few Dells I bought in my line of work over the years and the experience is always the same, BAD.
Purchased from Amazon less than a year ago as new, so naturally I think it still has a year of warranty. Could not be more wrong. Dell said it's out of warranty and to call Amazon for warranty. After talking to 4 people in different departments was told by some dude in India to go ahead and call Amazon for warranty since according to them it's expired and Amazon sold it to me. Shouldn't Dell honor the warranty since they made the product?
I pulled the drive and replaced it with couple of SSDs and shelved the drive for future use. Now I went to use it and it has lots of bad sectors, so it's useless. Only Dell puts these cheap desktop drives in their so called entry servers. I have lots of Lenovos and HPs out there and all came with business grade hard drives or with none at all.
Shame on you Dell, Amazon and whoever else is involved in this type of business.
If you are looking for a system as a workhorse for many processor intensive tasks the Xenon is known for its abilities to do just that.
The motherboard and case offer plenty of room for expansion. It only comes with a 290W power supply so you will be limited if you want to add high end graphics cards. I was able to locate a replacement here on Amazon that was 500W and still fit in the space provided. As I recall it was a Rosewill non-modular 500W.. and I was able to run a OK gaming card. AS is, you can run 2 displayport monitors with no issue.
Its a heck of a deal on a great box with impressive spec's and its NEW and under warranty :-)

I only ran into a couple issues.
* The case is very easy to work with, and you don't need any tools to install drives. However the extra drive I installed, a Barracuda 4TB drive, was just a bit too wide to fit in one of the plastic drive caddies easily. I ended up bending the plastic a bit with my manhandling. The caddies are $25 parts, so be careful with them.
* No DVI connector, so you may need an HDMI to DVI connector if you have an older monitor. Why include a PS/2 connector but not a DVI connector?
* If you want to install a 2.5 inch SATA SSD, you'll need to remove the optical drive. The part to cover over the empty optical drive slot is not included.
