Customers are mixed about the value of the leaf blower. Some mention it's worth the price, has decent quality for the price and is an excellent investment for efficient leaf management. However, others say that it'd be better off buying a cordless vacuum.

Customers like the capacity of the leaf blower. They say it holds a lot of leaves, the bag is big enough that they don't empty it every 10 minutes, and the amount of mulched leaves is impressive for its size. The vacuum is the real deal, picking up a ton of leaves on their patio, while also mulching. It's suitable for smaller yards where mobility is less of an issue, but for larger ones it gets up s alot of leaves and blows them into a pile and then allows you to mulch them directly. The shoulder bag is awesome.
"...The bag closure is interesting and works fine. The bag is big enough that you don’t empty it every 10 minutes...." Read more
"...The mulcher even has a backpack to carry. It picks up a good amount of leaves...." Read more
"...The bag is larger than expected, so it holds a lot. Overall, it's not super heavy. Made yard work a little more bearable." Read more
"...The bag could be a little bigger, but if the trash can is nearby, this works well." Read more
Customers are mixed about the quality of the leaf blower. Some mention that it works great for picking up leaves in the flower beds, while others say that it looks a little flimsy and is mediocre at best. The innerspring somehow broke, and the body started to separate.

"...The kind of plastic that you could hurt yourself on, lol. Very durable and unless you're sucking down on rocks all day, I wouldn't worry about it..." Read more
"...This is a terrible leaf blower in my opinion, which is why I have a separate blower for that and that is all it does and it does it quite well...." Read more
"...This model is vastly superior. It really does much oak leaves. It leaves them ready to spread in gardens and the mulch looks nice...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the suction power of the leaf blower. Some mention that the vacuum works well picking up leaves and debris, while others say that it's not powerful enough to pick up pine needles or maple seeds.
"...This has improved the process of cleaning up my leaves so much, I hardly notice that there's a cord...." Read more
"...The closure design is poor and messy to empty. I ended up ordering an accessory bag with a zipper closure for $17.00 and it is much better...." Read more
"...And let me tell you, it has great sucking power. I've had no issues with pulling leaves up (dry that is) and don't need to sway back and forth as..." Read more

Customers are mixed about the ease of assembly of the leaf blower. Some mention it's easy to do and undo, making it much more manageable. However, others say that it'll become cumbersome and awkward to use. The instructions are not well explanatory, and the blower is difficult to control.

"...would help save time and leaf bags but turns out that the bags ended up being too heavy for me to carry...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the power of the leaf blower. Some mention it has sufficient power, impressive power, and great sucking power. However, other customers say that it lacks the power needed for more demanding tasks.
"...It seems to have a good amount of kick blowing (as long as things are dry) and can handle it, but I just prefer to vac as I go rather than kick up..." Read more

With two tools it also keeps you from having to mess with the always frustrating process of switching the tool from one mode to the other.
OK, on to what this is good at. This is the BEST leaf vac I've ever used!! I had a Toro, which is still highly rated, but I wasn't super happy with it. Needless to say, when it died, I wasn't all that upset. I actually went and bought the new Toro model hoping it would be better. It wasn't. The ergonomics are all wrong and carrying the bag that's low to the ground is a pain in the you-know-what!
Sooooo, when I saw this cool blower/vac/mulcher, I was very excited. Obviously, since it comes with a backpack, they put more emphasis on the vac & mulching aspects, and it shows. This is a terrible leaf blower in my opinion, which is why I have a separate blower for that and that is all it does and it does it quite well. This does not, but, boy does it suck up leaves like a guy at a hotdog eating contest!! How it does that so well without picking up all of my rocks, I don't know, but it does and I am thrilled. My Toro was never this good at picking up leaves, but seemed to always pick up rocks. Go figure.
On top of the good suction, the backpack is really a wonderful improvement over most setups. You don't even realize it's full because the weight is so easily carried on your back. This has improved the process of cleaning up my leaves so much, I hardly notice that there's a cord. Of course, if I could find a cordless model with this much suction AND a backpack I would be on that like flies on Grandma's apple pie, but I don't see that happening soon. I also have the B&D 40-volt battery powered sweeper vac and it's great for what I need it for (picking up cotton wood fluff every spring), but it can't pick up a leaf to save its little life! So, having just the cord to drag around and not the heavy bag as well is a HUGE improvement.
Now, I had really wanted a vac with a metal impeller and this one is plastic. I'm guessing it might not last as long, but for only $69, I don't really care if I have to replace it every few years. My Toro had a plastic impeller and actually lasted over 8 years, so maybe the metal blade isn't that big a deal.
My headline says this is a beast, and it is. At first I thought, dang, this is heavy! I'm a 5'1" female, so the weight has the potential of being a real drag getting stuff done and not running out of gas (me, not the vac, it's electric, remember?). :)
But despite the somewhat hefty weight, it's so balanced you don't notice it. It also has an extra handle to spread out the weight even more. Brilliant!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just had to write about this vac. I absolutely love it and it's the best $70 I've spent in a long time.
For the people who said the bag leaks all over the place — not to be mean, but I'm quite baffled how you could not figure this out. You just have to roll the end up a good 3 times or more before you buckle it (I always roll it 3 times). This is so simple I think a 5-year old could figure it out. There are some not so smart people in the world though, and some of them obviously bought this tool. Hopefully you have figured it out by now.
Over the past few decades I've had a few of the traditional electric blower/vacs and I can say that this one has been my favorite by FAR. As a note, I use this primarily as a leaf vac and less as a blower, so that will color my perspective. It seems to have a good amount of kick blowing (as long as things are dry) and can handle it, but I just prefer to vac as I go rather than kick up a lot of dust and debris.
PROS:
Backpack Form Factor: I can't rave about this concept enough. The typical vac that has the bag attached to it hanging off the side makes using it awkward and gets heavy-to-the-arms quicker. However, this backpack approach makes it much easier to move around, and distributes the weight into your back/shoulders so your arms aren't as prone to tiring out.
Bag Material: this is a much more durable material than a typical bag, and while it evidently breathes well enough isn't as thin or flimsy as a typical white bag (those I've had tear, and always seem to spew dust)
Bag Closure Clip: Super quick, super easy - if you understand the concept of a dry stuff bag you know what this is. Essentially roll back a few times, bring ends together and clip - easy to do, easy to undo. No more stuck or broken zippers! Hurray!
Sucks: And that's a good thing. I live in Seattle - good luck finding a day when your leaves aren't wet. This sucked them up, pulling them out of the grass like a champ. Never had a jam (unlike every other vac I've had) - no more stopping every 30 sec to reach up the tube and try to dislodge things.
CON:
IF I had one "ding" is that they could have made the backpack better - it has performed well and appears sturdy (no issues with seam/strap stitching or anything), but is otherwise really "basic" - not contoured or padded, and could really be advanced with a chest strap to distrbute the weight (when full) better so it wouldn't tug as much on your shoulders. They could have put a little more thought into making it a proper backpack and charged another $10 and I'd have gladly paid. I'm actually contemplating retrofitting something like these on it to give it the improvement Black and Decker should have: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B078VZXDM5

Pros:
