From the manufacturer
Wilson A900
The A900 series of Wilson baseball gloves has a clean old-school look with its British Tan and Black leather with classic Wilson Gold and Black logos. Even better -- grounders, line drives and fly balls don't stand a chance with a glove that's ready right away. There's no long winter break-in or sore knuckles punching the leather. Your A900 will be ready when you are.
Product Description
This 11. 5" A900 baseball glove is made for ballplayers looking to get an edge on the diamond. This model is made with an H-Web, and its low profile heel gives the glove the necessary flexibility to open the palm and pocket, making fielding ground balls easier.

Update 2/20/21:
As expected, Wilson took care of the product under warranty. This is the reason we have purchased almost exclusively Wilson brand products for almost all of our baseball needs in last 5 years (Bats, gloves, bags, even glove oil) and when needed they did not disappoint. Hopefully the replacement will last at least 3 - 4 years until the kiddo is ready for A2000 or A2K. As I stated above, we purchased Rawlings R9 to try it out but the kiddo is used to Wilson and he prefers A900 over R9 so Wilson it is for now. I do have to say from the quality perspective Rawlings R9 feels a lot better (better quality lether and laces) but we are not going find out it's durability since the kiddo wants to stick with his A900 or A500 (if A900 is not working). To be honest, part of the reason he does not like Rawlings R9 is the better quality leather (requires longer break-in time) and he doesn't like the fact that he can't squeeze the glove right out of the box. So we plan to Keep the R9 as a back up glove for now and keep working on breaking it in slowly just in case the replacement A900 bites the dust again.
Update 7/5/2021: (I'm updating it to 5 star from 1)
For two reasons:
1. Company replaced the broken glove.
2. The glove has been working as expected.
After using the A900 for almost a season, this glove has performed well. For a 10 year old who uses it, It is still not fully broken in and ball still pops out once in a while when only squeezing it with one hand. So if anyone is looking for a decent glove for a 10-12 years old, this is great glove but make sure you get it at the beginning of the season so you have plenty of time to break it in (breaking it in enough for a kid that is - for adults its not a problem). If looking for 6-9 year old I do not recommend this as it is too hard to squeeze and instead I recommend A500 which is much more easy to squeeze.
10/28/2022:
After two full seasons of play, the glove is still holding up well. I think we can get at least another couple of seasons out of it. Picture attached - I did condition the glove at the end of the season with glove conditioner.

As an adult with my own smaller hands the A500 are still too small.
I don't like the fastback grip with the pointer out of the index finger hole. I like an open back/wrist. I like to use the "claw" grip. Pinky and ring in the same finger slot. Middle finger in the ring finger slot. Index out.
I researched the A900 because it's an in between glove. I don't have the money for an A2K or 2000. But the A900 is all leather. Sturdy lacing. Claw grip is exactly the way this glove needs to be fingered.
Other reviews say the glove is rubbery. True. But the leather is a quality I haven't seen in this price point. The next leading company will sell you synthetics at this price.
I took a chance on a warehouse item A900 and it's really nice.
Even if you pay the $60-80 for this glove it's worth it.
Best thing to do is just play with it. Catch. Throw long toss. Fire pitches. Rub your nose grease on it. Beat it up in the dirt. Rub some oil on it after. It's a baseball glove. Break it in by playing baseball.

Don’t waste your money on an A500 or other brands. We tried Mizuno, Rawlings, SSK... none came close to the A900 in terms of the tight fit and the quality of leather. A900’s isn’t as heavy as Rawlings (Gamers) and SSK (Highlight Pro). It also doesn’t feel rubbery and soft like Rawlings and SSK. Instead it is very slightly stiffer. The glove is still game-ready out of the bag but should hold the shape well.
Mizuno’s Franchise fits too big. Their Premier and Prospect series don’t feel as good of quality as A900.
After shopping around for a while, the A900 is the natural successor for my 9 year old son who plays 2-4 days of competitive baseball a week. My highest recommendation!
