I decided to write a review because the ad doesn't have all the information that I would like to have
Just received this pc yesterday October 3rd. It arrived undamaged and works as expected. I decided to write a review because the ad doesn't have all the information that I would like to have, such as which manufacturer the motherboard and graphics card comes from, as well as the power supply.Specs on the one I received are as follows:CPU: Intel core i5 7400Motherboard: ASUS Prime B250M-A (MSI B250M bazooka is the one pictured as far as I can tell)GPU: MSI RX 580 4GB ARMOR (pictured in ad as far as I can tell)RAM: 2x4GB sticks of ADATA 2400PSU: ATNG POWER CO., LTD MODEL: ATM-500FB (not specified in ad and I couldnt find any specs or reviews online)HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200 RPMCase fans: Apevia brandedCase: Aluminum (I believe) with acrylic front and side panels. Cooler Master: Master Box lite 5Pros: Quality parts except for the lack of a name brand PSU. I couldn't build this on pcpartpicker for the same price so good value. Good cable management, especially for a non modular PSU. Plenty of room to expand if you wanted to add an SSD or more ram, MB also supports intel Optane and has 2 m.2 slots. The case is beautiful in my opinion and the acrylic panels are slightly tinted, which I like very much because the light isn't too bright from the fans, and it looks almost solid black when the pc is turned off. Plenty of USB 3.0 connections as well. The MB I received in mine also has 1 USB 3.1 type C port on the back.Cons: Mine is missing one screw on the motherboard to the case. The standoff is there just no screw (this really bothers me). Also there were multiple twist ties used in the cable management, some zip ties were used as well but I would prefer if only zip ties were used so as not to risk having exposed metal wire floating around in the case. I would like to have seen a better PSU. The lack of any information at all online leads me to believe this is probably not a very good power supply, I would atleast like to know what temp it is rated for as well as if it has any protections such as OVP, OCP, UVP, OPP, SCP.The keyboard definitely isn't the highest quality, but the one I received works just fine. Only complaint I have about it is it is a bit noisy when typing. I do like the mouse though, it has adjustable weights and feels pretty good overall. I do believe they could have included a better PSU though since a decent 450 watt can be had for around $40. My biggest complaint is the missing MB screw, it just really bothers me that it isn't completely mounted. So while for the most part good quality parts were used (except PSU), the quality of their assembly isn't the greatest which is the reason for only 3 stars.UPDATE: So I've had this pc for almost 2 months now and it still performs as expected. I replaced the PSU in mine with a EVGA 450 watt that I ordered at the same time as the pc so I can't comment on the reliability of the PSU that came in it. The GPU that came in mine is the factory overclocked version running at 1366mhz core clock and 1750mhz memory clock. I have mine overclocked and stable at 1396mhz core clock and 1800mhz memory clock. I'll provide the benchmarks I ran running at the stock speeds.Unigine Heaven Ultra settings 1080p: average 98.8 fpsUnigine Valley Ultra settings 1080p: average 86.5 fpsFirestrike free version: graphics test 1: 64.58 fps. graphics test 2: 54.72 fpsSkydiver free version: graphics test 1 202.72 fps. graphics test 2: 182.44 fpsThe only game I really play on this pc is SMITE, which I believe is capped at 150 fps and this pc maintains that the entire time I'm playing. Now for the customer service. When I wrote this review Cyberpower left a comment which is the reason I contacted them about the missing screw in the first place. The person I spoke with asked me some questions and asked me for a picture to see where the screw was missing, which i provided (and will post in this review update as well). After a few days I got a reply stating that there didn't appear to be a standoff behind the motherboard and reminded me that not all motherboards in all cases use every hole for a screw, but if I felt like I could install it myself they would send it anyway. I didn't realize they wanted a picture to determine if there should be a screw (because they didn't say that), only that they wanted to see if there was a screw. It irks a little when you know for a fact there is a standoff there because you can see it with your own eyes right in front of you. So I took another picture from a different angle so they could see the threads of the standoff (also posted in this update) and sent it to them. After 20 days I still didn't have a reply so I wondered if maybe for some reason they didn't receive my last email so I sent another email to inquire. I was told that they sent the package but UPS lost it and that they would send another one. 14 days after that I still didn't have a package, but I did receive an email from someone else in their tech support department with a survey about their customer service. I took the survey and told about my experience so far and received an email with tracking information for a package that was shipped the day I took the survey. I find it unlikely that UPS would lose both of the first 2 packages and wonder if they were even sent at all. I suppose I'll never know, but the 3rd package arrived in less than a week and contained a packet with a few screws and standoffs and a Cyberpower mouse pad as well. So while my experience with the first person was horrible, the person who sent and reviewed the survey (known to me only as Cyberpower tech support employee who sent me a survey) was wonderful. And also .........the keyboard has grown on me.Update 2: Ok I'm gonna try this again lol. I tried to update this review a while ago but for some reason it didn't take. So I've had the PC for 6 months now. I know some other users have had some cooling issues and I have run into them myself now in certain situations. So If I run Unigine's Heaven or Valley benchmarks non stop the temps on the GPU will continue to rise. Mine got into the high 80's before I shut off the benchmarks and the temps were still rising. The reason for the high temps is the lack of airflow. I know another review mentioned leaving the side panel hanging open but I would not recommend this. For one thing the thumb screws are plastic. But more importantly the lack of a side panel means air wont flow through the case very well. The CPU and GPU fans may be open but the only air flowing over the RAM and VRMs is the air from the case fans. Now in regular use the temps stay well within spec but in certain situations such as cryptocurrency mining or when playing graphics intensive and/or unoptimized games the temps can creep up. When I play graphics intensive games or mine Ethereum I remove the front panel. The front panel is pretty restrictive of airflow since it only has 2 small vents, one on top and one on the bottom. With the panel removed there is no restriction at all to the front case fans and I can run the GPU at 100% constantly and overclocked with no cooling problems at all and excellent air flow through the case. I can play any game and I'm not afraid to leave the PC on mining Ethereum while I sleep. To remove the front panel all you have to do is place one hand on top of the PC and Pull on the bottom of the front panel with the other. It may take a bit of force but don't worry it's supposed to. To replace it simply line it up and pop the top back in then the bottom. I mentioned mining Ethereum. I mine while I'm asleep and while I'm not playing any graphics intensive games. I can even mine and play some games like Black Squad at the same time with no problems whatsoever. I let the PC mine for over a week without a break and the temp never exceeded 70 degrees Celsius while mining and 72 while mining and gaming at the same time with the front panel off. The only issue you may have without a front panel is dust but in my opinion it hasn't made much of a difference and it won't as long as you clean your PC regularly. Once every 6 months to a year should be fine. I am considering making a filter with some mesh and magnets. It shouldn't be a big deal to place a screen behind the front case fans and cooling is excellent without the front panel. It looks pretty cool too. Also if you plan on doing some mining make sure you have the latest driver from AMD Radeon and that you have it set to compute instead of graphics. I also have a better overclock since the newest driver release. I now have my GPU running at 1420Mhz core clock and 2050Mhz memory clock. For mining I leave the core clock at stock speed and run the memory at 2050Mhz and I get around 26.5 Mh/s. I will also leave comparison photos of how the PC looks with and without the front panel. Hope this review helps you and if you have any questions feel free to leave one in the comments and I'll do my best to answer it for you :)

5.0 out of 5 stars WARCRAFT GAMERS REJOICE!
Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2018
This is the one guys. I am so happy to be able to write a positive review for this PC as it has (so far) met all my expectations. I will do my best to cover possible doubts about it, specially Warcraft related. it may seems a bit biased but I am being completely honest about the item I paid for and also i am NOT being compensated for a good review. Also please pardon my grammar. English is not my main.

If you're looking into investing in a gaming rig without breaking your pocket too much, this is what you need. Whatever people say about WoWs low requirements, you know this has changed. Maybe not as much as shooters or sandbox open worlds, but graphics and features have improved a lot during the years and now PCs do require decent specs to even run wow at 50+ fps on Normal settings.

    <<Running World of Warcraft>>
    -------------------------------------------
-LOADING SCREENS: Loading Dalaran and all sanctuaries, 25man raids, /reload UIs, all the crap inside Suramar; everything loads in less than 10 seconds. This may vary very slightly depending on server connection but you will definitely see a major improvement here. I tested it with my brother gaming beside me on his Macbook Pro (dont judge him lol) and he took 25secs while I joined lfr in a 5sec loading screen.

-GRAPHICS: i did some research on the card, and specc-wise it is equivalent between a gtx 1050ti-1060 series. The rig runs all options on ULTRA (or Very High which is the highest setting for some features) and at 100FPS! I know it would run above that if it wasnt the wow cap. Please note: you will see the FPS drop to 40-60 on 25man raids or loading Dalaran. But after the 26 hours of gaming I have so far, I have NEVER experienced a single hiccup while playing which imo is the main reason of having high fps in mmos. Not even in raids have I felt a single spike. None. Thanks to the new content already out, this rig will definitely run BFA on max settings too when it comes out.

-WI FI CARD: Even though the box and sale title do not mention this, it comes with a USB Wifi Adapter that you can just plug in the back and use before you turn the pc on. It comes with the drivers cd but you wont even need it. I was worried about the quality and speed but I ran speedtests and it ran 60MB down / 7MB up which is my actually maximum connection. I ordered 50ft of ethernet cable but I wont even need it.

-AESTHETICS: The red glow does not cover the whole room like a photo developing redroom. For some this may be a con because some like the room to light up. But for me its perfect. I have my rig in a small gaming room and it lights up enough for you to see the components inside. This thing looks sexy af. Not just the leds, but the way the grey plastic looks and covers the side and front of the case and the way its built. The cables are nicely hidden I can tell this took a bit of time. The pics do not do it justice.

-DELIVERY/UNBOXING: Arrived several days early, even w/o Prime and I live in the Caribbean. Box and content were arranged properly and no damage at all. You will have to take off the plastic side to remove the cushion inside and this is expected of all online bought rigs. From unboxing to setting everything up took me about 15mins.

-WINDOWS LICENSE: It has a windows 10 license installed, though I haven't checked for how long the sub is to be honest. No key or installation needed. Just a few steps to set up the pc when you boot it for the first time. There is no bloatware at all installed, that was a very nice find.

-NOISE/HEAT: Very little noise coming from the rig. Just a slight hum coming from the back fan. i have seen other rigs that sound like an jet taking off. You will not even mind the sound unless you have sensitive hearing. I have this lying on top of the desk itself. and I don't even notice. As for heat: it does get quite hot inside. I am unsure if the fans in the front or back are allowing enough circulation. For this reason I just took off the plastic screen from the side completely on one occasion to help it cool but then set it back up. I will have to run a temperature testing software to confirm. For me so far this is my only worry.

-PC PARTS: Everything is brand name. if you want to add another Ram card there's another slot available for it but you wont need it for now.
It does not come with a CD drive. For some this may be an issue, but seriously who uses CDs these days. Do not fret, you will not need it to get everything up and running.

PERIPHERALS: The keyboard included works fine, but personally I think the buttons are a bit "high". I prefer my thin logitech keyboard. The mouse is awesome though and I love four things about it: (1) the curved nature of the mouse is great on my hands. (2) The left/right clicks have a smooth surface, (3) the wheel turns great, by small clicks but no noise nor it gets stuck, and lastly (4) the way the mouse glides is perfect for point and drag. It is definitely an upgrade from my old gaming mouse. I ordered one online but again I will probably not use it because this one is very decent. No drivers are needed for it and my WoW macros are already there. I didn't have to do a thing!

If you're reading this, thank you for your time. I hope my review helps in your decision. I know its a tough decision choosing premade rigs, but this one will definitely set you up for WoW on max and other high range games on High/Ultra settings.

[Update, December 6] I've had the PC for 8 months now and I've easily dipped a few hundred hours in it and I'm pleased to say its still running smooth. I can tell the PC performance itself has lowered very very slightly at startup but that may be due to programs I've added. No overheating issues at all, I've used a temp monitor (I don't recall the name
sorry) to keep track and I can confirm no overheating. Regarding Wow, I now lower my settings to 7-8 (down from 10) during 20man+ raids or world bosses so the fps doesn't drop to 30. But the rest of the time I'm back to Ultra at 60fps (100fps in non-bfa content). I also installed Destiny 2 Forsaken and It looks gorgeous runs with no hiccups. Also Starcraft 2 always on Ultra no sweat.
Leds are working fine, fans working fine, no noise, the mouse included still works like a charm. keyboard I cant say since I have barely used it. Overall its working fine and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I hope some of you chose this rig as well and are having a great time, and I'm looking forward to reading new reviews about it. Thank you for your time.
