Since there is already a very accurate and very detailed review on this computer by the user named ARW that gets into great detail on just about everything on this computer inside and out that made me decide on purchasing this one and I strongly recommend you read that one instead of reading my review unless you are not knowledgable on computers or know how computers work. I think reviews are very important and I rely on heavily on them when I am purchasing online so I will try to keep this short as possible, keep it limited to my experience but explain in good detail why I purchased this computer over all others and why I recommend purchasing it to anyone looking to buy a computer. Also since there is already an excellent and very detailed review on this product I will do my best to write this review in layman's so that anyone will be able to understand it even without knowledge on computers or how they work incase you are purchasing it as a gift for someone else.
I will start off by saying this is a beautiful machine, I am very happy with it and I would recommend it to anyone who asked me. First off let me tell you that I have always played video games on the computer instead of playing them on an Xbox or a PlayStation. I will first explain why I needed a new computer then the difference between this one and my old one... I have been using my Alienware laptop for about 7 years and when I purchased it, it was one of the top of the line computers but I am not able to play the latest game even on the lowest possible settings I would keep getting booted since my FPS ( frames per second ) were too low. I needed to upgrade my graphics card but unfortunately in most (or all) laptops that is not possible since it is basically linked to the motherboard it will not recognize a new graphics card if you tried to upgrade it which is the downside to purchasing a laptop. I enjoy the mobility of a laptop but when it comes time to upgrading it you will end up buying a new laptop but for desktops every few years you can upgrade them for a few hundred dollars and they will last a very, very long time if you take care of them properly. This computer is able to play that same game perfectly on the highest possible setting very smooth and there is no lag or any other issues.
Whenever I buy anything electronic I spend a lot of time comparing all of them under a certain price, looking at everything that comes inside of it, researching if nessecary and reading reviews on all of them ( which is why I take the time out to write a detailed review good or bad ) to make sure I get the best deal for my money. I was willing to spend about $1,000 on a computer maybe a little more if it was needed and after about 5 days of comparing computers for less than $1,000. I decided this computer is best overall for quality and very, very cheap compared to other computers. It has a top of the line graphics card ( tested rank #12 between 3 different brands on the list I used when looking for a computer). The processor is also very good and very fast so when you are playing games, editing videos or simply browsing the web you will notice how fast this processor is and although it tested rank #69 (which seems low but trust me it's not, It was just released in january 3, 2017 ) but that's because of how many different companies make them (26) and how often they come out with very little difference. There are other computers around this price or a little more expensive that have a somewhat similar graphics card but they all have a much older processor which is important because you can easily upgrade a graphics card every few years (There is a universal built in slot in the motherboard so you can easily remove the old graphics card and insert the new one) but upgrading the hard drive can be very difficult (requiring you to remove screws, a fan and after replacing it its recommended you thermal glue heat-sink to it) and can be more expensive which is why I recommend a better processor vs. graphics card but this computer comes with a good version of both which is the major reason I would recommend purchasing it.
I am having issues with the keyboard, the space key keeps sticking every so often which is messing me up in my games (you use the space key to jump) . I have not used the mouse because I have a very nice mouse with 17 buttons that I used with my laptop so I can not comment on the mouse. The mouse and keyboard that come with the computer do appear well built and because the keyboard is a nice I may email the company and ask for a replacement or just order another keyboard to use. This is a minor issue but an issue nonetheless so I have to include it but it does not change the rating i still give it 5 stars overall.
Overall I am very, very happy with this computer and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase a computer. It is very fast, it will play any game currently out on the highest settings and will be able to play any game that is released in the next few years, it comes with a mouse and keyboard combo and the tower looks very cool when you have the computer on and for this price you will find other computers with either a good graphics card OR a good processor but this computer has both which makes it a good value and to be honest this computer could sell for over $1,000 and still be a pretty good deal when comparing.
If you're looking into investing in a gaming rig without breaking your pocket too much, this is what you need. Whatever people say about WoWs low requirements, you know this has changed. Maybe not as much as shooters or sandbox open worlds, but graphics and features have improved a lot during the years and now PCs do require decent specs to even run wow at 50+ fps on Normal settings.
<<Running World of Warcraft>>
-------------------------------------------
-LOADING SCREENS: Loading Dalaran and all sanctuaries, 25man raids, /reload UIs, all the crap inside Suramar; everything loads in less than 10 seconds. This may vary very slightly depending on server connection but you will definitely see a major improvement here. I tested it with my brother gaming beside me on his Macbook Pro (dont judge him lol) and he took 25secs while I joined lfr in a 5sec loading screen.
-GRAPHICS: i did some research on the card, and specc-wise it is equivalent between a gtx 1050ti-1060 series. The rig runs all options on ULTRA (or Very High which is the highest setting for some features) and at 100FPS! I know it would run above that if it wasnt the wow cap. Please note: you will see the FPS drop to 40-60 on 25man raids or loading Dalaran. But after the 26 hours of gaming I have so far, I have NEVER experienced a single hiccup while playing which imo is the main reason of having high fps in mmos. Not even in raids have I felt a single spike. None. Thanks to the new content already out, this rig will definitely run BFA on max settings too when it comes out.
-WI FI CARD: Even though the box and sale title do not mention this, it comes with a USB Wifi Adapter that you can just plug in the back and use before you turn the pc on. It comes with the drivers cd but you wont even need it. I was worried about the quality and speed but I ran speedtests and it ran 60MB down / 7MB up which is my actually maximum connection. I ordered 50ft of ethernet cable but I wont even need it.
-AESTHETICS: The red glow does not cover the whole room like a photo developing redroom. For some this may be a con because some like the room to light up. But for me its perfect. I have my rig in a small gaming room and it lights up enough for you to see the components inside. This thing looks sexy af. Not just the leds, but the way the grey plastic looks and covers the side and front of the case and the way its built. The cables are nicely hidden I can tell this took a bit of time. The pics do not do it justice.
-DELIVERY/UNBOXING: Arrived several days early, even w/o Prime and I live in the Caribbean. Box and content were arranged properly and no damage at all. You will have to take off the plastic side to remove the cushion inside and this is expected of all online bought rigs. From unboxing to setting everything up took me about 15mins.
-WINDOWS LICENSE: It has a windows 10 license installed, though I haven't checked for how long the sub is to be honest. No key or installation needed. Just a few steps to set up the pc when you boot it for the first time. There is no bloatware at all installed, that was a very nice find.
-NOISE/HEAT: Very little noise coming from the rig. Just a slight hum coming from the back fan. i have seen other rigs that sound like an jet taking off. You will not even mind the sound unless you have sensitive hearing. I have this lying on top of the desk itself. and I don't even notice. As for heat: it does get quite hot inside. I am unsure if the fans in the front or back are allowing enough circulation. For this reason I just took off the plastic screen from the side completely on one occasion to help it cool but then set it back up. I will have to run a temperature testing software to confirm. For me so far this is my only worry.
-PC PARTS: Everything is brand name. if you want to add another Ram card there's another slot available for it but you wont need it for now.
It does not come with a CD drive. For some this may be an issue, but seriously who uses CDs these days. Do not fret, you will not need it to get everything up and running.
PERIPHERALS: The keyboard included works fine, but personally I think the buttons are a bit "high". I prefer my thin logitech keyboard. The mouse is awesome though and I love four things about it: (1) the curved nature of the mouse is great on my hands. (2) The left/right clicks have a smooth surface, (3) the wheel turns great, by small clicks but no noise nor it gets stuck, and lastly (4) the way the mouse glides is perfect for point and drag. It is definitely an upgrade from my old gaming mouse. I ordered one online but again I will probably not use it because this one is very decent. No drivers are needed for it and my WoW macros are already there. I didn't have to do a thing!
If you're reading this, thank you for your time. I hope my review helps in your decision. I know its a tough decision choosing premade rigs, but this one will definitely set you up for WoW on max and other high range games on High/Ultra settings.
[Update, December 6] I've had the PC for 8 months now and I've easily dipped a few hundred hours in it and I'm pleased to say its still running smooth. I can tell the PC performance itself has lowered very very slightly at startup but that may be due to programs I've added. No overheating issues at all, I've used a temp monitor (I don't recall the name
sorry) to keep track and I can confirm no overheating. Regarding Wow, I now lower my settings to 7-8 (down from 10) during 20man+ raids or world bosses so the fps doesn't drop to 30. But the rest of the time I'm back to Ultra at 60fps (100fps in non-bfa content). I also installed Destiny 2 Forsaken and It looks gorgeous runs with no hiccups. Also Starcraft 2 always on Ultra no sweat.
Leds are working fine, fans working fine, no noise, the mouse included still works like a charm. keyboard I cant say since I have barely used it. Overall its working fine and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I hope some of you chose this rig as well and are having a great time, and I'm looking forward to reading new reviews about it. Thank you for your time.

Pros: Good value for the money, especially considering the cost of graphics cards these days. Visually appealing to a tween. Runs the games he likes, so far.
Cons: Keyboard is ok, better than the stock gamer keyboard from other vendors in the same category. Mouse, not very good but serviceable. No DVD drive though you get DVD's for restoring the system. A USB stick and the software to create an iso on it will do the trick should you need it, if you're comfortable with that kind of stuff. Not much room for expansion. Bare minimum power supply. Cheap (thin wires) power cable that is adequate for what this box does but you'll want to upgrade that if you upgrade the power supply to something beefier.
I bought it at the current price of $779. I'd buy it again at that price, no problem. It seems, based on comments, that the price has been consistently rising so if it does than perhaps I'd not buy it again.
All in all it replaced a 9 year old i7-920 system with a GTX 750 TI and this box runs circles around the old one. I recommend.
Update: Running FortniteBR today the fans started taking off. It is loud. I'm going to see if I can do anything with the case to improve the air flow.
