Reset Combination Lock 2023

I bought this backpack 5 years ago and shortly after my trip I forgot the 3 digit combination since it was just set from when I bought it. Just tonight 6/20/23 we were thinking about throwing the bag while cleaning out the storage room. Since we hadn’t remembered the code and the questions or reviews on Amazon said you cannot reset the combination. Even dating back several years ago without a solution.

Tonight I looked on the rear of the lock and there were two screws. I just said what the hell and took them off. This exposed the back of the lock-I spun the numbered combination things and there were notches/openings as I spun that I noticed-So I aligned the three “notches” and pressed the unlock and it worked! We wrote the code down so we don’t forget this time but this is how we’re able to keep the backpack and continue to use it! Hope this helps

I purchased this to use while we were at Disney. It held everything that I needed and it was definitely a plus to have the charger ports to charge my phone on. The side pocket holds a large water bottle with no issue. I had a ton of stuff in the backpack and still had plenty of room. Now it is not the coolest backpack to wear. It holds heat and sweat on the straps and where it sits on our back. After a few hours, it does start to get uncomfortable but that also could be because I am not use to carrying a backpack all day and it did have quite a bit of stuff in it.

I purchased this backpack for a two-week vacation to London. The anti-theft, headphone, and charging features really reeled me in.
This backpack is great overall. I had a few issues, but nothing too bad.
It's a nice, slim backpack that can hold a lot of stuff. I appreciated the laptop sleeve and pockets. There's a side pocket for water bottles, which I appreciated as well.
The headphone and charging features were nice... at first. I didn't really use the headphone port, but I used the USB a lot. About 5 days into the trip, the USB port fell out of the backpack. Luckily, the USB fell out of the backpack into the backpack (if that makes sense) so we were able to find the port and place it back into where it belonged. It still charges, but it is a bit wonky and tends to slip a little.
It rained a lot while we were there, so I appreciated this being waterproof. Nothing was damaged or got wet.
Nobody tried to steal the backpack or from the backpack (that I know of) but the lock is nice and works great. I tried to get into it many times and was unable to without the code.
Overall, great backpack! I highly recommend it, especially for traveling.

Wanted and needed for my trip. The build quality is great and the added usb worked well for my power bank. The only concern I had was the secure locking mechanism for the largest compartment since it broke on the second day of the trip. Not a deal breaker since the backpack was still quite functional. But to my surprise , CPSZ responded to my feedback and replaced my backpack immediately, free of charge! I am still on my trip but I received confirmation my backpack has already been delivered! Waterproof but small and hot to wear

I bought this for my commutes to work in the rainy season. So far it's been waterproof but the width is too small to hold even a Tupperware and I find that it's not functional for me. The bottom is about an inch too narrow and my lunches constantly tip over, a bummer since there are not many decent priced waterproof backpacks available for me abroad. It works, just not for my purposes. Also, it's not "breathable" and your back gets really hot if you've been wearing it in the sun.

This is my second bag from them. I like the design, the bag has enough space for 2 laptops and a tablet and maybe a notebook. N sure I would say it is big enough to replace luggage. I often used my northface jesture bag for a carry on. This one is more subtle and the spaces and pockets for flash drives and harddrives and charges are clutch. Speaking of chargers, it would benefit to get one the size of maybe a laptop harddrive at biggest. The space for it is not that large but i did recommend this bag to a friend.

It carries my laptop, an office desk phone, tons of chargers and notebooks and somehow always fits under the seat of the plane. I love the charging port that lets you plug in a battery pack. Makes it easy to charge your phone as you go. I’ve also been caught in the rain more times than I’d like and it keeps my stuff dry!
