Great Swing, Inaccurate weight limit

The description said weight limit of 350. The tag on the seat of the chair says weight limit of 250 which makes it difficult for 2 adults. But as a single mom, it's perfect for us. It really is a great swing. It did arrive with a missing part, but the manufacturer immediately sent a replacement. Very happy about this purchase!

I'm very happy with the swing. It's comfortable and seems very sturdy. I like that water is able to mostly pass through the fabric of the seats so you don't get puddles sitting there for a long time eating away at the fabric. But the manufacturer could have done a better job packing the hardware. The hardware packaging opened during transit, causing a lot of the pieces to fall out and travel around the box. Unfortunately, the box got a small hole in it. I lost two of the nuts in the process. To make matters worse, there's no phone number to call to complain about missing parts. So I had to go buy two replacements nuts. Unfortunately, Home Depot doesn't carry nuts with the treading the manufacturer used, so in addition to buying two new nuts, I had to buy two new bolts. Of course, the bolts I bought don't match precisely the ones that the manufacturer used. (If you do need to buy your own hardware, make sure you buy only stainless steel parts. The zinc plated stuff will rust.)

Pieces Missing from the box!!!!
The instructions were awful, step by step instructions indicated take piece A, and use screw 2 etc to attach none of the hardware or pieces were labeled very difficult to determine which length of screw was needed for which piece.

Hot glue from packaging material was melted and on the seat unable to remove an order to rip seating material.
