OK first of all I'm not a big fan of wired headphones. They tangle, pull apart, and are generally pretty lousy from an audio perspective (Unless ya pay in 50.00 dollar and up range).
Tangle you say?... Oh No, not these.. I really do like the outer rubberish texture. They don't slip, however they dont bunch up either. I think the only gripe I have is there is no volume control. There is the ability to forward, pause and rewind tracks, but NO volume control. The sound is amazing for the Price. Highs won't make you feel like you're in a screaming horror picture. The lows hit nicely, and the kids are great. So everything from Rap, Jazz, and Metal sounded GREAT. These are worth every penny.

Now I'm back to using my JBL T110's and E15's ear buds since they work well and sound great. Overall I'm disappointed in Anker's products since I've had about four of their products fail on me in less then a year, I'm gentle with my things and never abuse anything I own. To give you an idea I still have my childhood portable CD player from 1999 lol, still works just fine.
But these earbuds, a battery pack and two Bluetooth speakers have all failed on me. Both speakers were replaced under warranty though, but still to have this many products fail in such a short period of time tells me to look for another brand. Sorry Anker I used to love your products but the high failure rate makes me wonder about the vast majority of these reviews. If they're first impression reviews or long term reviews after the warranty period has expired.
Update 8/7/18 Anker sent me out a new pair of these and I'm not sure if they changed the drivers or what but these new Sound buds Verve sound absolutely nothing like the old pair. The new pair are bass heavy with recessed mids and highs. Sometimes the bass is too much though, almost over driven. I usually set the EQ on my phone to flat, but playing around with the bass levels confirmed my suspicions. These are bass heavy and don't respond too well to adjustments. For example adding a bit more bass caused these to distort a bit. But my JBL T110's respond well to increased bass levels without sounding over driven. The JBL's are a bit bass heavy to but not as much as the Ankers.
So overall these are an okay, low priced pair of earbuds. If you like allot of bass then buy em. Me I like a balanced sound signature with a slight emphasis on bass.
I messaged Anker asking them about the difference between these and my old pair to see if in fact Anker did change or redesign the drivers.
They performed very well.
The protective clear plastic wrapping broke up around the base of the earbud.
I contacted customer service.
They promptly got back to me,
informed me that the buds were defective
and offered a replacement at no cost.
The replacement came in the mail within days.
Alex, at Anker, took care of the whole process.
Very easy and no hassle.
I also purchased Anker chords which I find very reliable and heavy duty:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012A1ML6W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and,
I also have an Anker power bar which has been with me since 2017 and use on a daily basis:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XS9RMWS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have found their products very reliable and well made.
The Anker brand has been a solid investment for me.
I am also going to get one of their Bluetooth speakers soon.
Thanx!
These pair, in contrast, cost far less and work and sound great. I couldnt be happier.
Top reviews from other countries

I'm a singer, so I need sound quality to be good for listening at home to what we've done in a recording studio. These were great for that - I made an album in 2019 and these were great for listening to different song mixes. I need to hear every little detail, like where each sound is in the mix and little subtleties about each voice and instrument. These little earbuds are awesome for that.
I need noise cancellation when I'm, say, on an airplane or train travelling to a gig. These provide excellent noise cancellation.
I get full sound, including abundant bass, which I find is lacking in so many earbuds (my Apple ones SUCK compared to these in terms of bass - think old school AM radio (Apple earbuds) compared to slick basement party (Anker earbuds).
They're also very durable. Can't remember when I bought them but it's been well over a year. They're not easy to tangle and easy to untangle. The only thing that stopped working was the little velcro fastener attached to the cord (not permanently attached - I took mine off) that I definitely used a lot when putting them in my backpack or purse on an outing. It kept the cord completely tangle-free.
Cute that it comes with the little velvet bag to put the earbuds in when not using them. My daughter laughs at me using that but hey, it comes in handy to keep the earbuds nice and dust-free when travelling etc.
Side note: I love all my Anker products. They're an amazing brand.

I do like them, but to make them comfortable you have to play around, and to see what size of the earbuds suits you.
The sound is very good for me, but I cannot review them against a pair of Sennheiser as I did not try the latter.
Finally, as you many know, technology is not perfect and my product might have had a defect, or maybe I damaged them without knowing.
I submitted a warranty form, then I uploaded pictures with my headphones, explained what is the issue, and a member of staff *Michelle, told me that I qualify for a replacement.
The new pair works very good, I will take care of them.

là ou certains ecouteurs plus honereux n ont meme tenu 3 mois ceux là n ont pas bougé.
Je recommande a 100% et d ailleurs tous leurs produits qui sont en général d excellente facture, fabricant sérieux.
